Shadow's Story: Shadow lived with 5 other cats and her owner wasn't coping so she and 4 others came into Rescue. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. Shadow is neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. Shadow was in Gatwick Cattery whilst awaiting her new family.

Shadow is a little shy, but we had lovely cuddles.

Little Shadow is coming out of her shell and engaging with strokes and cuddles and enjoys being in the run during the day watching the site activity

Shadow is such a sweetheart! She was sitting on the chair in her pen when I arrived and absolutely wasn't up for being moved, so I sat on the floor and stroked her with the grooming brush which she really enjoyed. She seems to be settling in to the cattery and is coming out of the sleeping area now, where she hid for her first few days. Shadow is missing one of her hind legs but that certainly doesn't stop her from getting about and playing. She is quite little in size and loved some attention today - I think she would make a lovely pet with a nice warm sofa to sit on and some love and affection on demand! Shadow has settled into life at the rescue and was napping on the armchair when I arrived. Eager for cuddles and enjoyed being picked up and snuggled too.
Having 3 legs doesn't hold Shadow back at all - she was jumping from the perch onto the chair and running up and down the ramp no problem.
She is quite little and very soft to stroke.
Here is a video of Pepper and Shadow having some strokes - they are both very affectionate and really enjoyed the attention. Will do anything for dreamies treats too!

She needs someone with a lap to offer her permanently, who will enjoy stroking her!

Shadow really is the sweetest little thing! She is a petite cat, very affectionate, and doesn't let having 3 legs hold her back in the slightest. Here are two short videos, one showing her getting around her pen easily, and one showing how much she enjoys a snuggle.
