Teddy's Story: Teddy is still in his original family home but major changes have occurred over his 4 years life meaning he is now being left long hours. Ted can be anxious and refuses to leave the house unless he feels really secure and trusts the person he's with so dog walker doesn't work. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place saving his life. Teddy is neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. Teddy is in his original home whilst awaiting his new family.

If interested in rehoming one of our dogs, the first step is to complete and submit our ONLINE HOMING QUESTIONNAIRE. We do not discuss dogs without a homing questionnaire submission. You must be ready and we will only contact you if we have a suitable dog. For more detailed information, please see our Homing Process.

Please support our work and help our long stay dogs: Our minimum Adoption Donation is £250 (£400 for pup under 1 yr old). This supports our continuing rescue work and is non-refundable. We exist solely due to the goodwill and donations of our supporters and volunteers. Our dogs need supportive families who will offer them patience, time and tolerance whilst they settle in their new homes. Our Rescue offers all our dogs back-up for life.

Please note: Dog laws have changed, with zero public tolerance and prejudice against bull breeds and terriers in particular. Our Rescue asks new owners to keep their dog on a lead in public spaces and manage and support its encounters with new dogs and people, so as not to place the dog's life at risk. Destruction and Control Orders are commonplace nowadays.

I met this lovely boy with his Mum today, as they came to the charity walk. Teddy is a gorgeous dog and very friendly. I am so sorry for your situation, and hope a lovely home is found for Teddy soon :crossfingers.gif: love4.gif

Had the pressure of meeting Teddy last Sunday and what an honour it was. Such an easy beautiful boy. Our thanks to Caryn for looking after Ted whilst he waits for his new family and travelling all the way to us to spend the day on our Charity walk. He is magnificent and if homings weren't so slow as the market is flooded with dogs at the moment I'm sure Ted would have been snapped up.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Teddy died this week of a short illness. His owner Caryn stood by him and provided the best she could but somehow wished for more. Teddy was always at home with his loved pones and sadly his short life meant he died in the midst of such great love.

Carly thank you we are so sad to hear you lost Teddy but thank you for doing everything you could for him
