I took beau beau out for the first time in ages and we went to the woodland paddock where she enjoyed some zoomies and treats (she sits very nicely!). She then wanted to leave so I let her lead the walk and she went straight for the bigger paddock- I now realise this was because she loves playing with the hose!

Selwyn and I had a lovely walk with BeauBeau and Tam today.
They walked lovely together and really enjoyed each others company

This weekend, Saturday 16th November, I chose to kennel share with BeauBeau for the Rescue Remedies fundraising sleepover. I hit the jackpot with this gorgeous girl!
I’d hardly spent any time with her previous to this night, but there is just something special about her and she was my immediate first choice to kennel share with.
When I first went in she would just stare at me, understandably wondering why after all this time someone was deciding to share her kennel with her and walk in packed with a sleeping bag, yoga mat, blanket, the works!
I’d been in less than 5 minutes and she was already gently giving me face kisses. I think the best way to describe BeauBeau is CUDDLE QUEEN.
I’ve had a lot of cuddly dogs in my life but it’s safe to say BeauBeau gives the best cuddles and puts her trust in you completely.
On a couple of occasions in the night I needed to pop to the ladies and BeauBeau was good as gold at the door. She wasn’t a door dasher and waited patiently and calmly on the sleeping bag for me to come back. When I came back she snuggled up again, the perfect pooch host
She is kennel clean and when I asked her first thing if she wanted to pop outside for a wee wee, she does this super cute little bounce back with excitement. It’s adorable!
I’m already missing her and would adopt her in a heartbeat if I didn’t already have my dog at home. I was gutted to leave her. When others were up and about, me and BeauBeau stayed snuggled in bed together and it was heartbreaking to leave, I could happily have stayed with her all day. She is a wonderful girl who will make someone the best companion!!

Absolutely adore this update, who knew that Beau Beau was such a big old cuddle monkey
I’ve known Beau Beau for some time now and she is just the best girl, she is spicy, fun and quite the comedian, loves a little fuss, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine her to be a snuggler and there she is the most snuggliest of girls
Kelly, thank you for showing off Beau Beau’s true personality, looks like you had the best night and absolutely shows how amazing this darling girl will be in her forever time

I had the pleasure of walking Beau Beau this weekend, our first ever walk together. She was quite a shy girl but sausage bribery worked wonders. She was doing her very cute bounce around when I tried to harness her up and once she was dressed off we went.
Beau Beau was in front of me as we walked out of her kennel and we turned left just like her ears were directing me
Not a huge fan of the dogs directly kennelled opposite her, once past them she forgot they were even there and started to guide me away for walkies. As soon we got out of the car park she was a little reluctant to go any further and so we turned back and went to the paddock instead. She didn’t seem to want to play but it was storm day and very windy. So I walked slowly around the paddock and she joined me, following close by and having a good sniff. She enjoyed a little fuss from time to time but was well aware I had a bag of sausages wrapped around my waist as if a sausage belt which was MUCH more exciting than any ball that was being thrown.
When we headed back she didn’t even look over at the dogs in the kennel opposite and instead went straight back in with ease. Definitely not a door dasher either.
I’m looking forward to taking Beau Beau for our first outing together next weekend and spoiling her like she deserves

Re: BeauBeau EngBT x Whippet DofB 30.01.15 RRemedies Centre
Today myself and Georgia spent some time with Beau Beau and took her for a little car ride to the pet shop for a change of scenery and some treats.
Upon opening the car door she jumped straight in with no hesitation, happy to be going on a little adventure
Once clipped in Beau Beau was very happy and tried to get into the front for a little cuddle but was of course safely secured via her harness in the back, but we had given her enough slack so that she could still get a fuss made of her during the journey. She loves to stick her head out of the window too and feel the breeze on her face. Some may have even thought that her ears were trapped in one direction due to the wind…..no no, that’s Beau Beau’s natural, adorable and character filled ear signature
When we arrived at Pets At Home in Redhill she took it all in her stride. Understandably excited with nose to the ground and taking in all of the smells but she was so well behaved. At one point a small dog was a few isles away and clocked Beau Beau. He gave her a growl and a bark, she had a look over but walked away on me calling her name, completely unphased by the little one. We then walked over to the toy isle where she stuck her face right in amoungst the soft cuddly toys but wasn’t cheeky enough to help herself to anything like a lot of dogs would, I know mine does!
Wondering around the pet shop she was getting lots of smiles and fuss from friendly customers and saying how lovely she was. But of course!!!!
When we got to the till she put her paws up on the counter once asked to and gently took a treat from the kind lady who served us. Beau Beau then heard the scurrying of the guinea pigs behind her (how exciting!) which she was intrigued and curious by but they were all hiding in their little house and probably didn’t fancy a dogs face pressed against the glass and so we left them to it.
We then all jumped back in the car and wondered off to the Redhill memorial park and café. After a nice little walk around the grounds and Beau Beau reading some of the other dogs pee-mails, we went into the café and sat down for a while. Whilst Georgia was at the till getting drinks, Beau Beau was watching her every move, showing off the loving loyalty of her breed. The owner came over shortly after who Beau Beau was very happy to say hello too.
Due to the weather being so bad yesterday there were not many people in there. A couple of toddlers ran out, shouting and playing as they left. Beau Beau turned to watch them a couple of times, wondering who was making lots of noise, but the sight of sausages appeared to be much louder than the sound of screaming toddlers and all eyes were back on the bag in my hand.
A Christmas tree had been put up I the café and a staff member was sitting behind it. Unfortunately Beau Beau couldn’t quite see that there was someone behind the tree, all she could see was slight movement which seemed very strange to her and she started to call out (bark) to find out who was there, with her tail wagging the whole time. Thankfully the staff and customers were very understanding and weren’t phased by her curiosity bark. Soon after we left she turned us round and wanted to go back in. She definitely liked this place, the calmness of the room and everyone in it
When we got back she wasn’t keen to leave the car, too keen for another trip out I think. So I handed her the scented nylabone I’d got her at the pet shop, cheese and bacon flavour (NOM NOM NOM). She took it gently from my hand and started moving. When we put her back in her kennel we saw her a couple of times when passing, with scented nylabone still in her mouth.
She is a beautiful girl inside and out with so much love, loyalty, sass and character. I can’t believe she’s not found a home yet! She’s amazing!!
If I could home this girl myself I would honestly adopt her in a heartbeat.
I can’t wait to take her out again, get my fix of super cuddles and spend some more time with her on Beau Beau’s adventures out in the world xxx

Beau Beau day out
Well, having had my heart stolen by previous foster...I needed it back. Well, having heard such wonderful things about this cuddle monster called Beau Beau, who as an older girl, may not have had as much notice as she should have...Kelly and the Sleepout changed all that, as she showed her true colours
Well bit excited in the car, but she settled. So many sniffs to be had around our house and places to explore. Dorking a great adventure, slight pull towards a feisty Daschound but easily moved on. Sat beautifully in Starbucks, ok it was on the table
but calm, and she loved he puppicino. Said hello if people politely asked if they could say hello. Ignored the Christmas Tree and decorations as well. Big ticks so far.
It was when we got home her true nature came out. Cuddle Monster does not even start to describe her. My daughter thinks she is wonderful, I think she is wonderful and if you want to follow Beau Beau I have heard she is off for a swim on Thursday. Just pencilling in her first overnight with us next week.......unless....someone fills in a form for our homing team. She is a bundle of love cuddles and fun
