About time we had an update on the boy. I'd booked an hour at the field with Chewie but he refused to get in the van. So Shadow gladly stepped up and enjoyed every second of it. Nice to see him bounding about the field, and once he'd done his 20 minute survey of the surroundings he showed what a soft and gentle chap he is. Shads really does bond with his regular walkers.

Another lovely walk with Mr Shadow today. He us such an easy walk once you are out the kennel.
We stopped to let 2 horses past and no reaction, just sat until they had gone by.
Shadow loves the water so we had to have a stream stop for a paddle and dunk in the water before returning back.

First walk of the day today was my fave boy Shadow After a game of tug of war with the leads coming out the kennel we went for a nice walk over the common. We passed several dogs and joggers today and Shadow did not react to any of them. Very proud of him. The obligatory dip in the stream and a nice walk through the bluebells.
Lovely start to the day love4.gif

Such a good soul and companion once he knows you. A fine mutt indeed.

After a long hot afternoon I was heading home. Shadow was looking at me out of his new kennel. (Which, by the by, he much prefers as he can see more people). What could I say! We had a spin round the grounds, paddock time and a mooch up the lane. Still very hot at 6pm so nothing too strenuous.

Mr Shads. We found a deserted bit of woodland so Shadow had the extender sniff around. He was excellent with passing cyclists and all-comers today....except for a few dogs.

Shads had a couple of dips in the stream today but was more interested in a major sniff-fest than anything else. He walks nicely and has a lovely feel about him when he relaxes.

Wonderful to spend time with one of my all-time faves Shadow. Seeing him in a stream is one of life's joys. I love this boy to bits and would love to see him homed.

Would you like to walk our lovely dogs too?

Lovely time with Shads today. Decent walk up to Langshot and back with a couple of dips in the stream. He enjoyed every step of it!!!

Nice walk with Mr Shads over the weekend. He was very good passing people and dogs. Indeed he is interested and occasionally makes a little noise but no more than most other dogs. Shadow only grabs the leads when he leaves his kennel. After that he's as good as gold when we're together. We're due a trip out sometime soon.
