First meeting with Chester. A real gentleman of a dog, not the slightest murmur from either Chester or Bella on meeting and Chester was a gentle stroll round Lee Park. An easy dog to walk with a handsome too as you will note from the photo's. Getting to learn his name and respond to the walker but he is such a gentle nice dog that its not a problem, just a friendly boy who would be good in any home but deserves the best.

Chester had a lovely walk out on the towpath today for 3/4 hour. Like Guildford kennels, its so lovely to see how a dog manages cycles, children, ducks, off lead dogs, boats, and passersby. Chester managed all very well. He sat on command but as soon as you move back he moves towards you!..no he hasn't master 'stay' yet!

Chester is a real sweetie, mind you if he was crossed with a mastiff it was a small one as he is a compact fellow but with a mastiffs mellow nature

Well no camera maestro today, so just Bella, Chester and myself trundling around Lee Valley. Said it before and will say it again Chester is a really easy dog walked very happily with Bella and you can tell he really enjoys people's company. A bit of a new experience managing two dogs on extenders and not too bad mainly due to Chester good nature.

Hi Luisa,

Hope all is well. Harley is settling in like a dream, amazed how well he has slotted into our family life.

Just got his jabs done yesterday and a lump on his neck looked at (Vet says its nothing and probs a bite or similar). He wasn't bothered by the jabs or worried by a vet visit, think he likes been center of attention.

He is loving his 3x daily walks, 2 of them are on his own as Pig cannot handle all that walking bless her.

They get getting used of each others boundaries and even had they first all-be it short game of chase in the garden this morning before Pig told him off for getting a little too over excited. We will be eventually slowly reintroducing toys back into the equation but that will be a totally watched process in another week or two.

He seems to just take everything in his stride which is great. Found that he seems to dislikes alot of bigger birds (crows, pigeons etc) and has a big chase instinct with cats. So he is pretty similar to Pig in that respect so we know how to handle it all :)

Boy can he dream some nights he has us in stitches with his dream barking, growling and moving.

We will be meeting and going on a little group walk this weekend which includes Vinnie the English Bull Terrier so he will be socializing with a few more friends hopefully over the weekend.

Best Regards
Sean, Kat, Piggy and Harley
