Kenn is one of my faves at the rescue currently love4.gif he really is a great dog all round! When I picked him up he had to say hello to everyone on route to the car, he then jumped in the car happily. He seems to enjoy car rides and looking out the window but he did also sleep a little this time as it was a longer journey. He does jump out at a million miles per hour so make sure he’s strapped in!!

Firstly we went to buchan park and he greeted lots of dogs and humans and walked very well with my dog.

Then we went to The Dog HQ, where he enjoyed a pup cup and picked out a toy. He sought out strokes and cuddles from strangers, played with his toy with a staff member and said hello to some more dogs, he really was the best boy!

Afterwards I took him back to my house where he had a good sniff and did lots of napping. He stood by the back door every time he needed the toilet. He’s a super cuddly dog and just wants to be close.

His funny way of getting off the sofa…

Lots of snoring/purring…

Lots of good scratches…

I’m so surprised Kenn hasn’t been snapped up yet, if I could adopt him I would!

He’s a great all round dog
- not reactive to other dogs, greets them with a nice sniff, not over the top at all
- walks nicely on the lead
- travels well in the car
- not reactive to traffic/cars/cyclists/ horses
- seeks out affection, even from strangers
- plays nicely with toys
- likes a treat/ food but when I ate near him at my house previously he stared a little then when I told him ‘no’ he went to lay down
- super cute
- he let me pick him up to carry him over a small fence today with absolutely no problems

Today he had another walk with my dog and partner and was as good as gold- as usual!

Walked the lovely love4.gif Kenn for the second time – what a friendly little chap he is. During our first walk he was a little unsure and kept stopping wanting to turn back but I encouraged him on and he was soon in his stride trotting along quite happily with frequent stops for sniffing. On our second walk today we walked with a fellow Frenchie “Ghost“ and apart from turning round a few times to see who was heavy breathing behind him he was completely unfazed and both dogs walked calmly together. At one point we stepped aside to let two horses pass and again Kenn completely ignored them. At the end of the walk we stopped for a sit down and cuddle (with a good back scratch) where Kenn showed his impeccable manners when it comes to treats – no need to ask him to sit down and present a paw – he was already doing it – so cute. I look forward to walking him again although I don’t think it will be long before he finds his forever home.

Kenn was an absolute star at the RR football tournament today. His lovely personality shone through, and he happily greeted everyone who wanted to meet him.

We met Ken yesterday for the first time. He was super easy to get out and fun to walk. He’s absolutely adorable! We had a short walk in the woods, but after he did his business he decided he wanted to get back. So we went to the paddock where he had a great time rolling around and then asking Chris for tummy rubs.
I cannot believe he hasn’t been snapped up yet.

I so hope someone spots Kenn soon and offers him a home- he’s such a perfect pup! I took him for another walk with my dog, they’ve been on quite a few now, and as always walked beautifully and enjoyed some sniffing along the way together. Kenn isn’t phased by traffic and I’ve done a video below of him walking over the busy motorway bridge.

I met and walked this little chap for the first time yesterday. He is a sweetheart. Was easy to get out of his kennel and plods along at whatever pace you set! He sits and gives a paw when you ask him too🥺 He also has the cutest little face and makes the most adorable pig noises! We also walked alongside Charlie with another walker and he showed 0 reaction or even interest really to him! Was a lovely walk.❤️

I met Kenn for the first time at the recent RR charity football match, where he was an absolute star, and immediately wanted to add him to my list of dogs to walk at the kennels. I managed to do this for the first time last week and what a lovely little boy he is - so cute! I so hope that someone lovely comes along to adopt him soon love4.gif
