Henry is sooooooo lovely. He is such a friendly boy and gives the best cuddles ever. He is so easy to walk and doesn’t react to dogs. He loves to play ball and has even mastered carrying 2 tennis balls in his mouth at once!

He has a very waggy tail and loves a bit of fuss from everyone he meets. Really lovely boy, love all of my walks with him!

Have the pleasure of Henry’s company for an impromptu long weekend and he is certainly making an excellent first impression.

Henry wasn’t too keen to walk across to the car so a chauffeur pick up it was, once I pulled up next to him he was happy to get in the car and lay out across the back, everyone was slobbered by the drool

Once we arrived he happily got out and went for a walk around the local park. He walks well on a slack lead, plodding along and having a good sniff. He met a couple of dogs well and enjoyed a play.

Once back he has started to make himself comfortable, stretching out and enjoying a cuddle. What a lovely boy

Henry is very photogenic and loves having his photo taken!! Had lots of fun with him on his walk the other day and he loves his tennis ball. Love him

Henry continues to enjoy his short break with us and is really making himself at home, he loves to stretch out on the sofa next to someone or lie in the large dog bed.

He has taken a shine to Naomi, he obviously realises she was the one who picked him out for a break and likes to follow her around. We have found it difficult to get him out on walks if she isn’t there as he stubbornly waits or won’t go more than a few steps When went to an event for an hour or so, the idea was that Naomi and I would go in, and he could go off for a walk. Henry had other ideas and sat firmly on the corner until we came out. Still, he enjoyed lots of admirers passing by.

He is clean in the house, apart from endless amounts of drool which normally end up on trousers and t-shirts as he comes in for a cuddle.

He is a gentle giant, pleased to meet people and dogs and happiest in company. He needs a nice big sofa to lie on next to his favourite humans, with a nice comfort break every so often I hope it comes soon.

I haven’t walked Henry in a while as he is very popular with the ladies so it was a good opportunity to see how he is doing.
Henry is a very big boy but is the gentlest dog you could ever meet.
He was easy to get ready and plodded out of his room.
He was very happy to walk all around the grounds including a stop in the poets hut for a cuddle then another stop by the rehoming benches.
I tried to get a selfie which turned into a facewash which was very slobbery so if you like sloppy kisses and big gentle giants then Henry is the perfect boy for you.

I absolutely love this boy. He seems to be livening up a bit more recently, I absolutely love to see it. So playful and cheeky. Henry was fab on his walk today with a volunteer that had come in for a taster session

My second time fostering Henry and he’s just as perfect as last time, but he’s sleeping a lot more. He’s the snuggliest boy and has barely left my side. Having Henry here is truly mending my soul, I think he would be a great companion for anybody who struggles from time to time mentally, but also just a great companion overall. He is low maintenance, apart from the drool, and just absolutely loves cuddling up. He has a funny five minutes every now and then but it’s also quite nice to see him being silly, we’ve been playing tug with his octopus but we’re being careful not to rip it because he loves it! Henry slept in my bed all night which was so nice for me, and hopefully him too!
