We took Gitano to the adventure barn today and he had a great time. I have a 3 door ford fiesta so was slightly nervous about how he’d fit but he jumped in happily and was an angel on the car journey. He does like to stand up and look outside but on the way home he had a lie down.
Once at the barn he was a bit of a scaredy cat at first, sniffing everything and wouldn’t have a go at any of the agility stuff. In the last half of the session he started to come out of his shell, got the zoomies and with the help of a few treats he had a go at all the fun things on offer. As much as we tried, there was no enticing him onto the sofas - maybe he’s been taught this in a previous home?
I’d love to see Gitano in a foster or a forever home, he really deserves it!

Big G. Like a bronze statue.

This is Gitano, he weighs roughly 10 stone and he is scared of muddy puddles.
No doubt whoever homes this lovely boy will need experience, but I can’t express how much of a softy he is once he knows you. He’s got such a sweet soul. Was very good passing dogs today for the most part apart from Teddy who he didn’t see at first because he was calmly following one of the terriers so he caught him a little off guard but we quickly moved on. He’s a very strong boy but I’m absolutely certain the right person/people are out there for him!

Big G! Proving over and over that he deserves his forever home. He is such a big good, always wanting affection, despite his hugeness, he is such a good boy. Today I took him to the paddock and I after a good ol’ sniff around, he just wanted some cuddles. Very easy going, great on the lead.
