Jasmine's Story: Jasmine was found abandoned in a evicted property with her mother Isla. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place saving her life. Jasmine is now neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. Jasmine came in to our Rescue Centre nr Gatwick whilst awaiting her new family.

If you are interested in rehoming one of our dogs, the first step is to complete and submit our ONLINE HOMING QUESTIONNAIRE. We do not discuss dogs without a homing questionnaire submission. You must be ready and we will only contact you if we have a suitable dog. For more detailed information, please see our Homing Process.

Please support our work and help our long stay dogs: Our minimum Adoption Donation is £250 (£400 for pup under 1 yr old). This supports our continuing rescue work and is non-refundable. We exist solely due to the goodwill and donations of our supporters and volunteers. Our dogs need supportive families who will offer them patience, time and tolerance whilst they settle in their new homes. Our Rescue offers all our dogs back-up for life.

Please note: Dog laws have changed, with zero public tolerance and prejudice against bull breeds and terriers in particular. Our Rescue asks new owners to keep their dog on a lead in public spaces and manage and support its encounters with new dogs and people, so as not to place the dog's life at risk. Destruction and Control Orders are commonplace nowadays.

Jasmine's progress through our Rescue is below.
We work with our dogs, who often reveal an evolving picture and positive skills as they build trust.

Original referral information: We have been asked by kennel owners if we can prep Jasmine for her new family.

I walked Jasmine today for the first time and have fallen in love with her. She is such a lovely girl who just wants some love. Jasmine can be a bit nervous at first but once she feels comfortable with you she really starts to come out of her shell. She still needs a lot of reassurance when out walking at the moment but I found kneeling down and giving her some encouragement helped her to carry on. I’m hoping Jasmine won’t be with us for too long and will find her forever home soon 💜

We have the absolute pleasure of fostering Jasmine for the week.
She is super affectionate, loving and cuddly and would be a great asset to any home.
She is obedient on walks and will wait at sit at the curb before crossing the road. She's friendly to all dogs and people who pass by.
In the evening she's the perfect cuddle buddy and will snore away on your lap.

I had the pleasures of fostering the beautiful Jasmine for a week, and she is an absolute dream 🥰, travels really well in the car, no jumping around or trying to get in the front with you, just lays down or sits nicely watching the world go past out the window.
I found her very respectful in the house, didnt keep trying to grab things that didnt belong to her, was happy to play with her toys and balls.
Jasmine loves to play ball, brings it back to you for more, so, be prepared for lots of ball throwing 😊

We went on the Bluebell Walk, where there were lots of people around and Jasmine was so good, just happily walking past the crowds with no issues, we even got to meet a couple of sheep, who, were quite happy to come over and say hi to Jasmine, with some nose bumps thrown in too!

We also went to the lakes to visit the swans, Jasmine wasnt really interested to be honest, had a little look but then wanted to carry on with our walk..

Jasmine did lots of walking over the week, doesnt pull on the lead, the only time was when a cat decided to cross our path, and she certainly found the strength to pull then. We do have two cats living with us, and we did end up having to keep them separated, so I wouldn't recommend Jasmine to live with cats. Maybe with more time, we could work on that one.
On the whole, Jasmine is an absolute star as a house guest, loves to cuddle with you, a very affectionate dog, and would make the perfect family member xx

Nick, Mara and Mitchell came to RR today to meet the lovely Jasmine. After an introduction, we all headed to the paddock for Jasmine to show her skills in ball chasing 😊, and also her love for belly rubs. We then all headed into the woods for a wander to the stream and back.
Jasmine showed her loving nature to all, and the decision was made, She had found her new family 🥳
