Xena is such a gorgeous girl I haven’t walked her in ages but she welcomed me into her kennel and was easy to harness up, she loved the big treat I gave her today and she took her time with it. She walks nicely on the lead and didn’t react to any dogs we saw. She’s so affectionate and cuddly I think she’d be a great lap dog! She also seemed keen to play but it was hot so kept that to a minimum

We took Xena out for a walk and some paddock time today and she big bundle of fun.

She was very excited to see me and I was covered in kisses and slobber whilst I put her leads on. She was gently mouthing but stopped as soon as we got going.

She walks well on a slack lead and just enjoyed being out. When we went to the paddock she was more interested in playing with the tug toy and having cuddles so of course we were happy to oblige.

Xena is pure joy, happy to see you and great company, I hope she finds her forever home soon.

God I love this lovebug goofball! Xena is such a Princess and how she is still in rescue I do not understand! Do not let her size put you off, she is the softest most loving Ambull I have known. She always jumps up and gives me the biggest hug and kisses as we are leaving the kennels, as if to say 'thank you!' We met some horses on our walk today and she was such a superstar, sat quietly and watched until they passed (see video below). I always feel sad leaving her but cannot wait to see her again for more kisses and cuddles!

Xena is one of my favourite girls! She is so friendly and is always so excited to see you. Welcomes me with cuddles and a waggy tail. She can get overexcited and mouth your arm a little but very gently and it is easy to get her to stop. Easy to harness up and then good on her lead. As far as I have seen she is relatively unreactive to dogs. Very lovely girl and lots of fun. Enjoys play fighting in the paddock and her walks. Overall going out with her is always a nice time!

Oh I absolutely adore this girl! Xena is just the biggest ball of love & affection. She is so sweet and funny, I just can’t understand why she is still in rescue!

She is a big girl but her personality is that of a puppy! Her beautiful face just lights up when she sees you and I enjoy every minute with her!

Today we went on a lovely walk through the woods. My husband joined me today and Xena greeted him like a long lost friend. She is so easy to walk, she just plods along, taking it all in. We passed few dogs today and there was 0 reaction from her.

Xena is the absolute best! She would make the most perfect companion and I really hope her new family/person comes for her soon 🩷

I love to use this girl when I do my supported walks with new volunteers.

Before you enter her kennel she does little tippy taps with her feet and is just so, so excited to go on her walks. She does jump up and she’s a big girl, so brace yourself, but her welcomes are my absolute favourite. They make me feel very loved by Xena.

I can only imagine how wonderful this girl would be to have in the home and I reckon she’d give the best cuddles on the sofa.

She walks absolutely wonderfully with other dogs, I have never witnessed a reaction from her.

I’ve given her a couple of showers recently because her white coat gets mucky quickly as she likes to roll around, and even in the shower she’s just such a chilled girl.

10/10 recommend Xena to anyone thinking of getting a dog!

I was very lucky today that xena was available for a walk.
Xena is very excited when you go in to get her ready but quickly settles and is very calm leaving kennel area.
We had a lovely walk stopping for a cuddle in the hut and xena definitely got a whiff of deer or a rabbit as she was very eager to get into the woods and have a good sniff.
Xena is a big girl but is very easy to walk, she didn’t pull at all and definitely listens to instructions.
She is a real cutie.

Selwyn and I had a lovely walk earlier in the week with Jacqui, Marge and Xena.

They were all so well behaved and enjoyed the time out together .
