Shona's Story: Shona and her sister Bubbles were owned by a family who say no Charities would help them with neutering. Fast track forwards and 3 litters each, the family is in crisis as despite given kittens to everyone they can they have 17 cats in the household with a daughter with asthma. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. Shona is now neutered, chipped, and undergoing vaccinations. Shona is in Gatwick Cattery whilst awaiting her new family.

We exist solely due to the goodwill and donations of our supporters and volunteers. Our cats need supportive families who will offer them patience, time and tolerance whilst they settle in their new homes. Our Rescue offers all our cats back-up for life.

Original Referral information: Urgent email to animal warden for help. Asked if Shona and Bubbles can come in with their youngest litters. We will take the older kittens once we have room but they have been made safe

Owner wanted to keep 3 kittens 1 male and 2 female of the 17 cats/ kittens she had in her home. Despite plea for help; asthma with daughter and outofcontrol cat population due to not neutering her 2 original cats

Animal warden withdrew support.

Shona comes tomorrow with her kittens. She was spayed today. She is here to nurse her kittens. We are giving the previous owner the option to take her back neutered once her kittens are weaned
