Mimi's Story: Mimi and her kitten Marmite were trapped from a North London colony. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. Mimi and Marmite are now neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. Mimi and Marmite are in foster in Horley whilst awaiting their new family.

Mimi came into RescueRemedies on the 12th October 24

I was at the cattery today when Marmite and his mama cat, Mimi, arrived. They were living in a fox burrow before being trapped and rescued, and have now arrived with us to find them a forever home.

Marmite and Mimi are very bonded - Mimi chirps at him and wants to be very close. He rotter two kittens wererehomed prior to Mimi and Marmite joining us, so Marmite is very important to her

Mimi is a bit overwhelmed at all the changes she has been through and will need patience and time to settle in and get used to humans. She did have some treats from me today and busied herself following Marmite around as he explored their enclosure.

I can see Marmite and Mimi being a wonderful duo who will be lots of fun for a new family and hope they don't have to wait too long

Mimi and little Marmite were cuddled up together today. They’ve had a lot of change so I gave them some space and talked to them, hopefully they will feel more comfortable soon.

Spent some time chatting to Mimi and Marmite and offering treats - Marmite is warming to us nicely and Mimi watches with interest

These two are still taking in their surroundings and very nervous. So adorable and Mimi is a lovely mum. Hopefully they will feel safe soon x

Mimi is such a beautiful mum, still a little nervous but happy to watch her little one try to play without reacting. Lovely lady x

Mimi and her boy marmite have come for some
r and r time . They are both doing well and have settled into their new surroundings.
mimi prefers to stay slightly hidden at the moment but she is out and about when I come in sometimes (sadly without camera) will try to get a picture

Marmite is the more adventurous and is happy for a game.

They are both eating well and are comfy

Mimi is getting a little bit used to me interrupting her day now . She is happy to come out briefly while I'm ’m there.
she is enjoying a lot of sleep time and is very comfy

Marmite is doing well. he enjoys a game then zonks out . Every day he is getting stronger and braver . He is also getting ready for Santa
