DeeDee's Story: DeeDee and Phoebe (Tulip) were found in a carrier at a bus stop unchipped. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. DeeDee is now neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. DeeDee was in Gatwick Cattery whilst awaiting her new family.

DeeDee's progress through our Rescue is below.
We work with our cats, who often reveal a different picture and positive skills as they build trust.
Original Referral information: Two very sweet young sisters who have had everything done. Spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. They were allegedly found in a carrier dumped at a bus stop. I have called them Tulip and DeeDee. Tabby Tulip is bold, friendly and inquisitive. Tortie DeeDee is very shy but the sweetest cat to hold and cuddle. I have been treating them as a bonded pair but now I’m not so sure. They are so different in personality that maybe they could both fit into totally different homes. They are very lightweight, I believe they are not long out of kittenhood.

dee dee lovely little cat.she has beautiful markings and has super soft fur. still very nervous and stays behind her bed but is happy for a head rub and of course a treat

DeeDee seems to be a little less scared of her surroundings. She’s a sweet cat who loves strokes and head scratches and sat up for them today. She was also taking interest in outside noises.

DeeDee what a cutie! Her little face is sooo sweet She was happy to have some dreamies this morning and then went and some more of her breakfast. DeeDee is starting to trust us volunteers which is wonderful to see. I hope sweet little DeeDee finds her family soon, so she can settle, feel safe and loved - I am certain it won’t be long! Xx

Dee Dee is just beautiful. Photos really do not do her justice. She is so soft to the touch and in nature. She is really scared of her new environment but not of humans. She welcomes a stroke and you can see she really wants to interact. Presently she is still scared to come out too far and hard to catch on camera but I have faith she will come around and she will come round soon . She is just stunning xx

This beautiful lady is getting so brave. Today she came out for treats and really enjoyed fuss and strokes, purring the whole time. There’s clearly a sweet cat inside, just a little scared to come out. So happy to see her progress after all she’s been through.
