Minstrel's Story: Minstrel came with his Clowder of cats. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. Minstrel is neutered, chipped, and undergoing vaccination. Minstrel was in Gatwick Cattery whilst awaiting his new family.

Original Referral information: We were asked to help a clowder of cats who came out of a hoarders flat. They are friendly and probably all related in someway or another. They were neutered, chipped, flea treated and wormed on entry. They have had 1st vaccination on the 14th July 24

Minstrel was chilling out today in his hideaway Was keen for a head tickle and to say hello!

What a beautiful unusual colour cat, with his darker top and lighter brown bottom half and beautiful big eyes. Minstrel is still a little scared and unsettled by his new environment but no hissing or aggressive behaviour and seemed happy to observe. No doubt in time he will want to get to know us all. Stunning boy xx

Ahh bless Minstrel. He is still a little nervous but is improving and no longer hiding. Don’t think it will be long until he trusts his new surroundings. Look at his little face and those whiskers and those stunning eyes So cute and you can see he is not looking as startled now. Lovely boy

Minstrel has come such a long way in his time with us.. he was such a scared little thing. Now he welcomes head strokes and comes out to say hello. He’s really beautiful … photos do not do him justice. Lovely boy xxx

Minstrel is a lovely boy, he’s got gorgeous long whiskers that make him look particularly handsome. He also enjoys a bit of a fuss, and likes a game - he was enjoying chasing a toy round and round today.

Minstrel seems to have been nosing in things today, bit of material stuck to his face little mischief boy . He really is improving every visit. He’s still a quiet cat but happy to see you now and loves a stroke. A striking boy with beautiful eyes.

Today I went with a brush to see his tolerance to intervention

Minstrel was tucked in and so I decided to I would see his reaction to brush stroking. I started brushing his tail then decided to film it as I started his back


Minstrel moved toward the food bowl. I met him there. He hissed when he saw the brush in front of him but then proceeded to feed and was very tolerant of the brush from then on in
