Pippa's Story: Munchkins and Poppet were was handed in to a Vet having been found stray in a housing estate. Mum was eventually trapped but only after she had had another litter and produced Pip and Pippa. Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place. Pippa is now neutered, chipped, and fully vaccinated. Pippa is in Gatwick Cattery whilst awaiting her new family.
If you are interested in rehoming one of our cats, please complete our Cat Homing Questionnaire. It is always the first step in our rehoming process. Upon application, you must be ready to take in your new cat within seven days. For more detailed information, please see our Homing Process.
Please support our work and help our long stay cats: Our minimum adoption donation is £175. This supports our continuing rescue work and is non-refundable. We exist solely due to the goodwill and donations of our supporters and volunteers. Our cats need supportive families who will offer them patience, time and tolerance whilst they settle in their new homes. Our Rescue offers all our cats back-up for life. Pippa's progress through our Rescue is below.
We work with our cats, who often reveal a different picture and positive skills as they build trust.
Original Referral information: We were asked to help Pippa and Pip by neutering and prepping for their homes. They came out of a multi-cat household where they were waiting for a Rescue place
Pippa came into RescueRemedies on the 28th April 24

Pippa was very adventurous on her first day with us. She went into the run to join Mylo but as I came along went back to join Pip

Pippa is fast moving and yet yesterday when we caught her to go in a carrier she sensed the gentle talk and the slow hand to stroke her was safe. She was lifted and whist attempted to cling on to anything mid air was soon in her carrier. No hissing: No swiping: Just submission She will soon be rersponding to cuddling!
Pippa is now spayed, chipped and 1st vaccinated.
Pippa likes to hide but then she also likes to see what is going on!

Lovely to meet little Pip and Pippa this afternoon, who were wrapped up together in a blanket initially - far too much cuteness
I'm sure they will grow in confidence as they get used to the staff and volunteers interacting wih them, and will be ready for a new family soon

Peekaboo! Pippa was peeking at me through the door to their sleeping quarters this afternoon Not ready to come too close yet, but intently watching! With an owner with lots of time to give her as she gets to know them, I'm sure she will be a wonderful little pet

Little Pippa is still a kitten and is 2.24 kilo. She is going to come on a great deal with our Cat Cuddlers as she senses their care and takes advantage of their gifts!
Today Anna managed to get her in a corner and covered her with a knitted blanket then gently lifted her into a cat carrier. She was checked over after her spay last visit and had her 2nd vaccination. Very pleased with her today you could see her progress over the last few weeks.

Pippa is a lovely little lady indeed, likes to have a stroke now and isn't nearly as scared as she was when she first came in to the rescue. She enjoys a snooze on the cat tree and playtime as well, and was first in line when the Dreamies were being dished out!

Pip drew his family in having found his photo the whole family read the Forum and decided Pip and Pippa were their next cats.
Jo and Chris with their 2 children Mickey and Isla came with an open mind but heart directed towards this wonderful pair. Here is Isla with Pippa and Clementine watching on.
Isla and Mikey are 2 very Rescue minded children and like their parents wanted to help Pip and Pippa blossom by feeling secure and emerge into confident cats.
It was wonderful to witness how much our Cat cuddlers have bought this pair on and how perfect to find a family who will take them further in a family environment.
