It’s lovely to see this friendly boy.

We went for a lovely walk today. Buddy was happy to greet me and get out. We sniffed our way through the woods over the river, passed other dog walkers without any bother. Each time we crossed paths with people his little head and ears perked up with interest, but no pulling.

A lovely polite and enjoyable walk, and despite being an older gent Buddy had plenty of energy for a long loop through the woods and back.

Such a pretty colouring too, shame I forgot to take any photographs of this new friend. I wish you all the best in your new life, I’m sure you’ll make a super addition to someone’s home.

Buddy went for neuter and 1st vaccination today. Our Vet found a hardness in his abdomen, explored under ultrasound and so opened him up. Our Vet removed his spleen which didn't look great but was relieved to exam his liver and stated its fine!

Buddy is recovering with Mon and Chris tonight and soaking up all the love!

A good spot by the vet - I'm glad it was nothing serious and that he's in Mon and Chris's care while he recuperates!

Buddy had a very busy day yesterday and came home with us after a long day at the vets. Despite everything he’s been through, he was still in a good mood last night and showered us with kisses. He was not very impressed with the cone of shame, but I think he’s kind of getting used to it. He had a good breakfast this morning and he’s been snoozing on the sofa since.
Hopefully his forever home is just around the corner.

Buddy is feeling much better and sends lots of kisses to all his fans. 😍
He's really good at taking all his meds and has a great appetite. He's not allowed to go on walks yet, which means he's just enjoying cuddles all day long.
He's 100% toilet trained and sleeps well through the night.

We’ve been too busy giving this premium pooch lots of love and care to blog. :biggrin.gif:
Buddy is doing really well! He went to the vets on Friday and travelled well in the car. The vet said that he looked even better than they thought he would. Phew! We were so relieved. He was allowed to go on very short walks and he’s loving it. He walks really well on the lead, loose leads and sniffing about. He takes directions well and doesn’t mind traffic.
He’s a cuddle machine and is always in the mood for a belly rub. He is an avid face licker and gives the most awesome kisses.
He’s very food motivated and will do anything for a treat – or two! 0002.gif]

Fabulous news - I think we all knew he wasn't going to be around for long! 🤗

Thanks again to you both for looking after him during his recuperation. 👍
