Lovely photos of Swifty! He really is a good boy. He has settled in a home environment, he has gone outside for his business and no accidents. He is really good to walk on the lead, he can walk slightly ahead but easily rectified and will walk alongside you. He sleeps well and likes to know you are there. I will upload photos and videos shortly of how Swifty is enjoying a home environment.

Swifty is a wonderful house guest, he loves to go for a walk and has met a few dogs on our travels where he remains calm. He loves to run around the garden and doze outside. He is fond of a ball and loves to chase it when it is thrown and will drop it and wait for you to throw it again and again! He is house trained and has not had one accident in the house. He is a gentle soul and is an absolute pleasure to have as a guest.

Swifty we hope you enjoyed your weeks holiday with us. You were a wonderful guest & settled into family life very quickly. Within a few days your curled up and slept on a dog bed or were found snoozing in the garden.
When we took you back you got into the car, not knowing where you were going, and you laid down putting your head in my Daughter's lap for a cuddle.
You certainly learnt to relax in a home environment from the 1st day we brought you in. You enjoyed your walks, were good in the house and greeted everyone in a calm manner. You will make certainly make someone a wonderful companion and we hope you get spoilt in your forever home soon.

Swifty was neutered today and he had a dental so he has shiny white toothypegs and didn't need any removed. One huge step forwards for rehoming Swifty!

I walked Swifty this week, he is a gentle & calm boy and walks brilliantly! :) He likes to have space from other dogs on walks and is then content to just watch them pass. He is extremely gentle taking treats!

Such a sweet boy :)

Swifty joined Fran and Lucky on a walk on Friday and showed what a complete sweetheart and calm chap he is. Fran wanted to jeep checking on Lucky (who is very young) and Lucky kept wanting to bounce everywhere (he is very young!) but Swifty was just so chilled and was happy to lead or to follow, whichever suited everyone else. He really is a darling love4.gif

Swifty had an afternoon out today with Ros at the Paws and Beats fundraiser! Swifty is just a gentle soul, very calm and unassuming x Happy to be stroked and met everyone well from all ages x Happy to take treats and was very gentle. Met and stood with my boy Barney like best friends! He also had a cute meet with Rockie. An ambassador for his breed and rescue. Swifty is ready for his forever home, and I hope it comes soon for him.

I enjoyed a lovely long walk with Swifty today.

He is doing a great job of fulfilling the role of a very calm and patient role model for a puppy in his kennel; so we had a glorious long walk alone to give Swifty a well earnt break.

We went for a long loop through the woods, down the muddy bridal path and between the farmers fields.

Swifty is so calm and unphased by his surroundings, just taking in all the different smells as we passed the sheep, cows, cars, other walkers and dogs. All taken in his calm stride.

We had a few pauses on route for some neck rubs.

And a well deserved treat or two.

Such a lovely boy.

I hope to enjoy your calm and confident presence again soon, handsome fella!

Swifty is a dream to walk and the sweetest soul. He’s timid and gentle but really enjoys affection.
His personality will shine once in a home environment. A pure joy to walk and spend time with. Special boy! love4.gif
