Shadow was on top form yesterday and we had a really lovely walk. It was quite warm so we did of course have to finish with a dip in the stream which is Shadows favourite activity!
He is very affectionate with his friends and loves a cuddle and some fuss

I can't believe I haven't posted on shadows thread for so long.
He is such a lovely boy. He can have a silly moment coming out of the kennel or passing a dog outside but this is very shortlived and easy to manage. He often does not react at all and sits to wait for others to pass by.
With his friends he is a very affectionate boy and loves to be groomed.
Yesterday Emma met and walked shadow for the first time. They had a lovely walk and then sat down for a groom to get to know each other better afterwards. Shadow has a new fan

Squeezed the most handsome Shadow out for a 20 min intro with Amy today. As usual Shads ragged on the leads for 60 secs and then decided to walk like a champ for the rest of the time. The 2 got on fine, and hopefully Shadow now has a new friend. He really is the most friendly dog once the initial excitement is over.

Shadow has been stretching his walking friendships over the last 9 months.. Darren takes him out every day during the week. RosC & Beth have walked him for many years too. Stephen also walks with Shadow. Ollie, and now Andy have been walking him for over 5 months and lately Keira and Emma have also started. This is wonderful for Shadow's confidence. We are so aware Shadow is fast approaching 11 years old and we so need to give him the best of the best!

Yes Andy loves his walks with Shadow. We went out Sunday and Shadow had his obligatory dip in the stream.
He has been so well behaved on his walks and shown Andy what a good boy he is.

Had another lovely walk with Shadow this morning, he had a good old sniff along the bridle ways and a quick dip in the streams   he's on the ball, listens well and a joy to spend time with

Shadow met some new friends today. After his walk with Andy, Magda and Jamie were introduced to him. He took to the pair straight away. Hopefully we'll get a walk in soon.

Yesterday Shadow and I joined Nori and Bek for a nice walk, the boys plodded along taking in all the sniffs and both patiently waited while horses passed us by
