Cyril was cared for by his family during his later years. Each birthday he said he didn’t need or want any presents, but his love of dogs was a prominent feature in his life, so after Cyril’s passing his family wanted to carry on his last few years tradition and raise some money for our Rescue Dogs.
It was wonderful to visit him at his home last year (see this previous post) to thank him and the family in person.
Alas Cyril has now left us, but his family and friends raised £400 in his honour. So many of our dogs have been blessed by Cyril and his family’s generosity and are now living contented lives because of their caring.
