Ah Emerald, I met her for the first time today and OMG!! Those eyes, that tail!!! What a wonderful curious and playful temperament she has! She was enjoying all the strokes and didn't want me to leave!!

This striking girl was so sweet today, jumped straight onto my lap when she saw the treats come out, and enjoyed a fuss and stroke. Lovely girl

EEE... EMERALD...EMMA... and EASTBOURNE came together today

She joins 2 sisters and has a very vibrant cat home to explore. Emma's wishes she takes to the Cat Wheel!

She's settling in well and seems happy. Doesn't seem to really miss her brother, thankfully, as there's plenty to explore and two new cats to ponder. The second one really made me laugh the way it came out so I left it like that.

One thing I'm a little concerned about is her poop. Not quite liquid, but not great. I've put her on bland food, do people think it's just likely to be nerves and the move? She seems fine otherwise.

Lots of changes often impact all of our tummies (humans and cats!) and a move is pretty stressful for cats, so quite possibly linked to the squiffy poops. Chicken+rice or plain food, and plenty of TLC, will hopefully settle things

Thanks, that's reassuring. Indeed, she seems to be much improved today. No interest in the cat wheel alas, but I remain hopeful.

My two current residents are fascinated by this little ball of energy but she hasn't let them get too close yet lol
