Today was the charity walk to celebrate Lynne's 70th birthday so I was very pleased to be paired up with the lovely Casey

We started the walk quite near the front but Casey likes to go at her own pace and she loves to sniff every bush hedge and blade of grass so we soon found ourselves being overtaken
Casey was fine with this and didn’t react once to any of the other dogs or people passing us
In fact Casey made many new friends as they were asking about her and I had nothing but good things to say about her
I think she really enjoyed herself and when we finally got back we were actually the last

We arrived just in time to sing happy birthday to Lynne and have a bit of cake
Hopefully lots of money raised today and almost all the doggies including lovely Casey got out for a walk in the sunshine

It was lovely seeing Casey out and about at the Charity Walk last week. Thought I’d share these photos of her before she started the walk! Looking forward to our walk on Sunday! X

Casey and I shared our walk with Kathryn and the lovely Olive. Both Casey and Olive were keen to get on their walk. The girls were out for a good hour and a half in the beautiful sunshine on Sunday. They walked calmly together. Casey as always cleared me out of sausage! When she’s ready for another treat she stops and waits until you produce a treat and then carries on! Looking forward to another walk with Casey on Sunday! X

Oh my best girl Casey
How I look forward to our walks
Casey is such a lady and her regular walkers love her so much
Kiss of love.gif
She is always so happy to be getting out she sprints out of her kennel
Casey walks exceptionally well with superb eye contact and give me treats eyes

She usually loves a sniff but today she was very speedy so I went at her pace
Love this girl who is not for fussing just needs a warm home and her own bed or sofa and some interesting walks

Casey and I walked the charity walk route again this weekend. This girl loves to get out and about! She’s super excited to see you when you go to get her and wriggles about a bit when harnessing her up, but once she’s out and on her way, she’s an easy walk. Again, Casey had all the treats, stopping along the route to take a piece of sausage ever so gently. She passed on lead and offlead dogs without even looking at them, she was too busy sniffing! Even the horses, one behind and one coming towards us, didn’t bother her at all. Once both horses had passed us, we carried on our walk.
