Happy New Year Pip! woo.gif]
I have not been able to spend time with you for a while now and I have to say I have missed your cheerful, affectionate company. Your licky greetings used to set me up for the day. love4.gif
You now deserve your own home and I am sure that this coming year 2025 will bring that to you woo.gif] .
You capture hearts and charm people who take the time to know you; you settle well into a home environment; you are friendly and affectionate; you are good fun and energetic but can also spend quiet time on your own. woo.gif]
Good luck little fella. I can't wait to see you again but your happiness is more important than mine so I am keeping everything crossed for you. woo.gif]

I went into the kennels briefly today (you don't realise how much you miss the kennels until you can't go on a regular basis) and I met Pip returning from his walk with walker Liz. He saw me at a slight distance and pulled towards me so he could give me the most wonderful greeting. He really is a special, special little dog just brimming with love and affection. Thank you Pip I needed that greeting today. x

Pip is such a joy to walk 🥰 He loves carrying a stick—sometimes ones far too big for him, which is both ridiculous and adorable—but he’ll drop it when asked with no fuss.

When I am with him he will usually join me for lunch in the car, sitting patiently (hopeful, but polite) and, of course, got some well-earned leftovers (who could say no to that face?!?)

His training is coming along brilliantly. We’ve been working on engaging and disengaging when he spots triggers like groups of people or other dogs, and he’s so responsive—he’d rather focus on you than anything else. He also walked past several reactive, bigger dogs today with no problem. A few glances back, but he was easy to keep moving.

I adore this little man. He’s loving, respectful, and just an all-round great dog. I really, really hope this is the year he finds his forever home love4.gif
