I am so saddened to hear this news. Mika was a legend at RR and Lynne I send my heartfelt thanks and love to you for saving this lad, I know he was so special to you and all. Dear Mika run free and enjoy seeing lots of your old pals over the Bridge. Thank you to the volunteers who had Mika as their sleepover what wonderful pics and he looked so happy. xxxxx

We never knew / met Mika, but him having been at RR for so long, and living in hope he found his forever home, we always read his posts. Such sad news, but he was obviously much loved by everyone who knew him and no doubt received more love than many other dogs who do have homes. Adored the sleep-in photos. RIP in peace Mika. xxx

Only just seen about Mika going over Rainbow Bridge. The saddest thing to me is that he wasn't in his forever home when he passed. I fondly remember walking Mika when i was able to do volunteer dog walking. He was such a friendly lad. I kept hoping that he would find the permanent home he so deserved but sadly that wasn't to be. However I do know that he would have received lots of love and cuddles from all the volunteer dog walkers as well as being especially cared for by Lynne.

RIP Mika and run free in the green green grass over Rainbow Bridge with all the other dogs who have passed before you.

Dearest Mika run free my darling boy . We had many walks over the years with John walking your bestie room mate Lily. Now running free together over the rainbow bridge. You were truly a legend that gave so much love back.
