Breeze and I braved the weather today with Freya and Simone .
They walked lovely and enjoyed our time together, even though the weather wasn’t the best.
We had some cars passing where Freya was a super star with no reaction at all and Breeze was amazing, we made a little space and he let them pass looking back at me for reassurance and reward, I’m so proud of him.
We also saw another walker with dogs and both Freya and Breeze can be dog reactive, but have come so far with the support of their walkers and again we created some space and let them pass no problems with reassurance and reward. I’m so proud of both of them.
Both Breeze and Freya are the most affectionate and loyal companions and for the right homes will give so much love and joy
Breeze and I have had so much fun over the last week together.
We have had lots of amazing walks with other rescue dogs, spent lots of quality time together working on making focus to me when approaching potential scenarios where Breeze may feel nervous and most of importantly of all, spending lots of time cuddling and enjoy each others company.
I’m so proud of Breeze and all the progress he has made .
I was very lucky to be able to bring Breeze home with me today for a short break over the Christmas period.
He was just so excited to be coming home with me and jumped straight into my car boot to be clipped in and travelled so well to mine.
We started with a lovely walk around my housing estate and Breeze was amazing, previously he has been hesitant around the decorations outside, but he took it in his stride.
We also saw lots of walkers where we kept a bit of distance, but again Breeze was amazing keeping his focus on me and taking it all in his stride, I’m so proud of this boy and how far he has come .
We then came inside and he was just so happy and we had a quick play, before we opened his presents by the tree and he was so happy with his gifts , especially the one from his walker Jude .
We have spent the rest of the evening cuddling and catching up on his sleep, ready for our adventure tomorrow, at a secure field and hosting some friends from the kennel .

We have;
• Gone to the secure field.
• Had a shower.
• Had visitors.
• Had a steak dinner.
• Most importantly had lots of cuddles and kisses.
Breeze has grown so much in confidence and is so comfortable in my home with me, I couldn’t be prouder of him.
He is just the most amazing boy and I love him dearly, he can be nervous around new things or situations that cause him stress, so he can be strong on the lead and he prefers the company of the people he knows and a quieter life.
Breeze has so much to offer a very lucky family and if my home circumstances were different I would love to give this special boy a home.
Breeze needs a family with experience that will give him time to bond and be able to offer him patience and the care and support he needs when out and about, but in return he would give back so much more, in love and loyalty .
I can’t believe it’s the last day of our break together, we have had the best time and Breeze has been truly amazing, I love this boy a great deal .
Today we got up early and had a lovely walk at a local lake, Breeze was amazing with the Swans, other dogs, walkers and joggers. We kept a bit of distance where Breeze was comfortable and he did brilliantly observing and looking to me for reassurance where needed, I’m so proud of this boy.
Breeze than had a lovely surprise where one of his walkers came over with her daughter to say hi and Breeze was amazing and so happy to see both. Amber was amazing with him, very clam and he loved playing ball with her.
Breeze hasn’t experienced children before and can be nervous with new things, so I’m so proud of him and can clearly see his confidence grow and how amazing and settled he is in my home.
We have had lots of cuddles and kisses and I’m getting my last few before I have to take him back.
I can’t wait to spend more time with Breeze, while he waits for his forever home.
A huge thanks to Lloyd for spending his time introducing me to Breeze a couple of days ago!
Breeze has been catching my eye now for a while and im glad i took the plunge into asking Lloyd to introduce me to him, what a fantastic boy he is!
Breeze does has his quirks to which i saw all of them whilst out on our walk on Sunday but it has not put me off him in the slightest, as deep down he is such a loving boy that just loves everyone he knows. I cannot wait to spend some more time getting to know Breeze more and hopefully becoming one of his walkers in the near future!
