Kobi has been back with us now for nearly 5 weeks. He isn't naturally confident in kennels but has a good foundation to build from after his foster placement. Kobi is in very good health and always receives the other dogs well.

Got Kobi out last thing today. His nervousness has really diminished. He's a big lad and can be strong with it. But very good natured and nice to be around.

Kobi went for a fun hour at the secure field today. He was excited to get in the car and laid down in the back watching the world go by as we drove to the field. Once there he was excited to run around and be free. Kobi is is big chunk of love who adores people. He is a tiny bit nervous of some people initially but he’s just frightened and there is no aggression or reactivity in this dog at all. He’s super loving and loyal just like all the bully’s are. He needs a strong handler but he walks lovely on the lead once he settles. He’s got a lot of love to give and his fosterers have said he is great in a home. He just needs that chance.

Kobi enjoyed a foster for several months. Here are some photos, videos and a write up of Kobi's time in a home written by his fosterers and it shows what a wonderful companion he would be ....
Kobi is a fantastic and loving boy that deserves a home.
When he first came home he seemed a little confused but settled down extremely quickly. He just wants to be near you all the time and his favourite place to sleep is on you. Day 1 he was snuggled up on the sofa and just snoozing away.
He slept through the night from day one and has a very cute habit of sleep barking some nights. He would never attempt to get into our bed when me and my husband were in it but as soon as one of us got up for work he would immediately join us to rest his head on us and doze back off to sleep.
He never had any accidents and would always walk to the back door then stare at you intently when he wanted out.
He travels really well in the car he will just lay down but when he realises where he’s going (work/home/paw paddock) he just screams with excitement. He warmed up to everyone at work very quickly as he is incredibly handsome and would settle nicely at work in a crate in the office. He would sleep through peoples lunches not making a peep and only getting excited when I walked into the office.
He’s very strong to walk but got much better when we bought a stop pull harness for him and would generally settle down 5-10 mins into the walk. He also wears his muzzle well kicking it for a few mins then just settling down. He didn’t like the rain but would happily wear a coat to go out in the rain. He would be interested in other dogs but never showed any signs of aggression towards them just a puppy like excitement and wanting to play.
We also found he was obsessed with balls. Tennis balls lasted a few mins so bought inderstructaballs from Amazon and he would happy chomp away for hours. He didn’t chew anything in the house that he wasn’t allowed to although he did try once but it was easy to get it back off him immediately and he never tried again. He’s favourite game way fetch and he could play it for hours.
All in all Kobi is a charmer and a completely heart stealer. I miss his snuggly cuddles and will always be forever grateful for the comfort he brought me and Dan during a difficult time in our lives. I would honestly adopt him in a heartbeat if it was feasible but sadly it’s not.

Kobi is a lovely boy. He has to overcome his nerves on first meetings; then you're in and he's onside from there on. He went to the paddock after his walk today, where he politely met Berry. It was one of those natural moments where all was well.
