We practice a member account deletion schedule on our Forum to maintain user privacy, ensure we are not holding personal details on non-participatory members, and to keep our Members List tidy. Our deletion schedule and policy is as follows:
- We delete all Members who have not commented on a thread and who have not used their Forum account login for six months or more.
- We reserve the right to delete any Member or delete or edit any post or comment without notice. Members can find our comment policy on dogs' threads here.
- Please do not include private contact info, such as phone numbers or email addresses in your posts. Forum Mods will delete this information.
- We practice zero tolerance for spammers and trolls. We do not allow advertising of any sort. If you spam our Forum or troll our Volunteers or other Members, you will be immediately deleted and blocked.
Finally, we shouldn't need to spell this out, but we will anyway: Please be courteous to your fellow Forum Members. We do not tolerate abuse of any kind. Additionally, please do not swear; younger family members may be viewing our Forum with their parents, in search of their next doggy family member.
