Joseph was very excited as usual to be going out for a walk. Whilst out we did pass a couple of other dogs being walked and as previously mentioned this gorgeous boy has a lovely waggy tail as they pass by and seems to just want to socialise, even when we passed by some big dogs that were running around in an enclosure barking, Joseph just looked and carried on his way. Such a pleasure to walk, so easy and full of character. Heart fill with love.gif]

I had my Joseph fix again this afternoon, always such a great welcome when I enter his kennel. Joseph would benefit so much finding his own home where he would be able to relax and show his truly wonderful personality. love together.gif]

I had a lovely welcome from Joseph this afternoon, as always he was keen to get going on his walk. We had a horse rider pass by on a narrow lane, Joseph was very well behaved, he didn't react at all just looked and carried on his way. We also went past a field with sheep which Joseph kept stopping to look at, I don't think he could quite make out what they were but he didn't dwell on them too much as there were far more interesting things to concentrate on such as new smells, birds and squirrels. When we got back to the kennels this gorgeous boy enjoyed his sausage treats. Heart fill with love.gif]

Joseph and I had a lovely walk this afternoon, it was a bit slippery and muddy in places which didn't worry Joseph at all. Whilst out we met a lady walking on her own, she admired this lovely boy and made a fuss of him which he thoroughly enjoyed. She said she absolutely loves staffies and have owned a few in her younger day. Joseph has a lovely soft affectionate nature. He is alert but very manageable. I really do hope someone sees what a wonderful boy he is and comes forward to offer him his forever home. love together.gif]

Despite the rain this afternoon this did not deter Joseph from enjoying his walk. He again had attention from a couple of passing walkers who made a fuss of him and remarked on what a lovely colour Joseph is. Of course this gorgeous boy lapped up all the attention he received, who can blame him making the most of the moment. Joseph is so full of life and an absolute delight to be with. angel13.gif] :biggrin.gif:

I just love this little Guy. I had a lovely welcome from Joseph today and off we went for a walk through the woods. I don't know what else I can keep repeating about him, he's a delight to walk, he never pulls and is just a happy boy. Joseph has a character all of his own and is an undemanding dog, I think he would make someone the best companion, bless his heart.

Joseph and I enjoyed our walk this afternoon, as always he was such a good boy. We passed by a field with a couple of horses standing by the fence, Joseph stopped to have a look, I don't think he was sure what to make of them, regardless of this he didn't bark or react. When we got back to the kennels he was very patient and sat down waiting for his treats. Love this boy. love together.gif]

I had a great walk with Joseph this afternoon, we passed a couple of other dog walkers when out, Joseph was very well behaved. I have been trying to introduce him more to traffic which seems to have helped as he was leaning towards passing cars almost to see them off but the last couple of times he has stopped doing this and will just wait without reacting. Sometimes it just takes a bit of exposure to certain situations to reassure them that all is ok. Joseph is such great company and is a pleasure to walk. love4.gif

When I took Joseph out this afternoon he seemed extra excited but despite this soon settled down. Even though in places it was very muddy Joseph was not put off. We passed a couple of dogs whilst out, as I have found on other occasions Joseph was very waggy tailed as they approached. When we got back to the kennels this lovely boy waited patiently for me to give him his sausage treats. I am surprised Joseph remains in kennels, I do hope he finds his forever home soon. Joseph was fine and his usual friendly self getting him out of the kennel today, and I had intended to take him along the roads and do some traffic training, but going down the drive, another dog had a real go at him as we passed, which seemed to upset Joseph a lot. I've never had Joseph react badly to any dogs on our previous walks, so was very surprised when he got completely stressed out and grabbed the leads. It took me a while to calm him down, and get him walking again, so we didn't go near any traffic as he was so stressed. We had a quiet walk in the woods and he became his normal self and we chilled. I put him back in his kennel, and later, when I was seeing to other dogs, I noticed poor Joseph was having a bit of a hissy fit and throwing his bowls around and throwing bedding about, so I think this boy has had enough of kennels and it makes me sad, as he is a lovely dog, but he's not coping. He is usually so good around other dogs while walking, but maybe he'd just had enough today [cry.gif]
