Hi Karen

Either Rob or I will be able to help on the day - what time is set up/the show? One will be on baby duty and Quinton duty at home as he is not a fan of other dogs! If you are short we can arrange a sitter so both can come but Rob may be travelling and won’t know until closer to the time so for now definitely one of us!

We can also donate a few items for the tombola:
- a dozen brand new good brand golf balls
- bottle of Bollinger
- happy to purchase a voucher or two for a local dog grooming if anyone local has one to recommend?

We are between Horley and Epsom so if you get plenty of help let us know and we can go to Epsom if short x

Oh wonderful,

Thank you Felicity. I think we should be ok for set up now. I think the show starts at 10am. We can set up from 8am. I am going to ask Lynne if she has a little corner that any donations can be left. As the kennels are a central point for people. I think the better the prizes the more we can raise for the rescue. The prizes you have mentioned would certainly arouse a lot of interest.
If you can spare an hour or so on the day that would be great as people will need to have breaks and hopefully enjoy the dog show.

Once again thank you

Hi Karen

When will you be picking up the donations by?
Just trying to plan getting down to drop them off.

On the day I’ll be able to get there from just after 1 - I’ve just found out the London - Brighton bike ride is going through our village that day with road closures so sounds like getting out before 1230 will be tricky!

Thanks
Felicity

Hi Felicity, I will pick up the last bits from kennels on Saturday. I know there are also road closures the other side due to a run. 1pm onwards would be lovely as we may all have run out of steam by then. Thank you
