Fraser's Story: Fraser had to be given up as family didn't have landlord's permission and a notice was served: Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place saving his life. Fraser is neutered; chipped and fully vaccinated. Fraser was in foster in Feltham with 3 other dogs whilst awaiting his new family

PLEASE NOTE: Dog laws have changed with zero public tolerance and prejudice against bull breeds and terriers. Our Rescue asks new owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces, and manage and support encounters so as not to place dog's lives at risk, (Destruction or Control Orders are common place nowadays).

***PLEASE HELP OUR LONG STAY DOGS: Our min. adoption donation £175, which supports our work and Is non returnable. We will offer an alternative dog should our dog not settle given adequate time and reassurance. Rescue Remedies offers their dogs back up for life and exist on the goodwill of our supporters and volunteers.

Please click for Fraser's thread for regular updates, new pictures and videos. To apply to home a dog, you must be ready within 7 days and complete a homing questionnaire submitted Online We work fast to secure our dogs their loving homes and can be talking to up to 10 families at any one time. Please remain open: We have the dogs we have. Our dogs need a supportive family to offer patience, time & tolerance to allow them to settle.

Fraser's progress through our Rescue below
Original Referral information : We work with our dogs & often reveal a different picture & positive skills as they build trust. Urgent telephone call owner had to get somewhere for Fraser today as she had been served notice that she was in breach of her tenant's agreement.

Well little Fraser has come to stay thanks to John who pick him up and brought him to us :thanks.gif:
He's a little bewildered at the moment and is finding it hard to settle. So we've tried a covered crate but he has decided charleys bed is the place he wants to be.
He has met my 3 brilliantly and wasn't bothered at all when Biscuit had a little grumble at him.
He had a little walk with jay ealier and happily walked along side him

I'm sure we won't have this lads company for long as he's a real little heart stealer love4.gif

Don't tempt me...….as much as I'd love to consider adopting this little fellow, I have Aristotle and Cherub in a 2-bed first floor flat and just no room for a third dog :) !

But he'll make someone a wonderful companion, I'm sure.

Fraser has been with us for 4days and we are starting to see he's playful side love4.gif He sleeps in his bed by the side of mine and when I wake he likes to jump up for a cuddle, this morning he got really excited and grabbed the throw so we had a little game of tug. It is so lovely to see him start to relax.
He is the sweetest little boy and will touch your arm with his paw when he wants something, mostly to sit on my lap but last night he let me know he needed a wee thumbs.gif
He loves he's walks and get so excited when he sees his lead. He likes to walk out front but will stop and check your still following. He can bark at strangers but given a little time he will say hello, and he has met a few dogs out on his walks and has been fine.

As his previous owners have had his coat clipped short - presumably for ease of maintenance, as there's a lot of grooming involved with a Peke in full coat - I'd love to see what Fraser looks like in a year's time because that's how long it will take for his coat to grow back to its full glory.
