Absolutely adore this boy. We took him to the paddock where the lazy lump done less than 20 steps, plonked himself down and had a sunbathe! Went over to see if I could encourage him to stretch his legs but he rolled on his back and wanted him tummy stroked. He was so relaxed he had a little snooze....i didn’t and I’m sticking to that!! Went for a walk afterwards, we saw several dogs out on their toilet breaks with the kennel girls. Kept him walking, told him firmly to leave it, gave him a treat and he was manageable - ish (have I just invented a new word?!). He’s the easiest boy to walk when there are no other dogs around, just plods along with occasional bursts of pulling. His best quality is how he is with people - he’s just the most loving, squidgy faced boy - not an ounce of malice in him. Xx.

Ben and I have walked Pablo 2 days in a row, and it's no secret he is strong but wow was he a joy to walk. Back in the paddock listened to Ben's every command, then rewarded with treats or ball. He is such a lovely boy it's a shame dogs are not his best friends, but he does love his humans xxx

Pablo gave me the best hugs yesterday - nothing can beat a Pablo hug! On our walk he was on squirrel watch - I think it must have been rush hour in the squirrel world though as there were lots of them. If you don’t let him focus on them but offer him a treat, move him on quickly, he’s fine.....until the next one pops up. Love taking Pablo to the paddock, he never chooses a large football - more fitting to his size - he much prefers a tennis ball. He will happily lay there chewing away on it but regularly stops to come over for some fuss and a treat. He’s a lovely natured boy - I love spending time with him. Xx.

Geoff met Pablo for the first time today and walked him with Laura. His comments are that this boy is a gentle giant and they had a lovely walk. No other dogs or squirrels to test them, so Geoff says ‘easy on the lead, take treats really gently, a really large sweetheart!!!’

We know how stressful Pablo finds meeting other dogs so we do give a wide berth - he did really well today though with 2 dogs we saw out and about - not close but close enough that we kept Pablo moving with us - well done boy :D

Pablo is now happy wearing his muzzle out and about - and gets a treat for being such a good boy ...

Pablo’s sit is instantaneous- you don’t have to ask, his bum is down the moment he sees your hand head to the treat pouch ! And then his paw comes up to say please, sooooo lovely - good boy Pablo xxx

Pablo is such a friendly, loving boy.....always love a Pablo hug - just have to make sure I’m ready for one. He walks brilliantly......until the bravest cat in the world decides to make an appearance, stand there and give Pablo a look of utter contempt. Then you have to use all the muscle strength in your arms to move him along...... However, he did spot another dog (Tia) just 20 ft away and all he did was give a low growl, pulled slightly but was quite easily moved on. He has the best people skills - if you sit down in the paddock he’ll get as close to you as he can......totally not realising his size and will do his best to sit on your lap......dead legs for me!! Love this boy. Xx.
Kept whacking Tony with his tail.....

Lovely boy went for a little walk then paddock time. He was awesome running around kissing and doing anything for a treat. When we walked through the woods yes he is interested in other dogs but not so much any more. Lots of encouragement and he is back with you. We had so much fun in the paddock. he loves cuddles treats and attention x

Pablo enjoyed his walk today - he’s doing really well with distractions when there are other dogs near by - we keep a distance to make it easier for Pablo.
We were walking along the lane when I spotted a little Scottie off lead up ahead so Richard paused with Pablo in a driveway and I went ahead to ask the family to put their dog on a lead - what a lovely family, little dog went on its lead and walked past giving us space and then the family (save the one with little doggie on lead !) came back to say hello to Pablo after I’d shouted my thanks to them - the big guy Pablo loved the attention ...

Pablo was lovely and calm around their little girl too who also gave him a stroke love4.gif

Pablo has got very much better at taking treats with his muzzle on - those eyes, how could I refuse him !
