What great progress thanks to Julie and Dave . Can see she’s still so very nervous and on high alert. it has to be the slow game to let her see no more catchpoles and locking her in a crate too soon may cause her more stress and injury .
So relieved she feels she can stay around Julie and Dave

Watching those videos is heartwarming. To see Ethel's faith being restored so patiently and with the great kindness of Julie and Dave is a testament to how wonderful people can be to the animals that need it the most.

I can't thank everybody involved enough.

Ethel is still around and sharing her time between Julie, Dave and her den in the woods She has been much more skittish around the crate over the last couple of days so easing back on that area for the weekend, she has been eating (very!) well and taking her toys from Dave's over to Julie's for a game

Ethel is obviously happy with the current arrangements and it's good she has stayed in the same area.

Ethel certainly seems happy with her current arrangement! She slept at Dave's last night then popped over to see Julie for a second breakfast around 6am, she was back at Dave's ready for bed this evening
