News Flash Jess left the building 9 pm last night! Steven and Melissa decided Jess was their next foster! They are taking her nice and slowly to build up her confidence and skills. Can't tell you what this means to all of us... and to HER!!
I knew it, I just had this feeling something was going to happen really soon! OK its not a forever home but its out of kennels and I'll take that. Congrats Jess - go enjoy yourself x
Steve & Melissa, hope you realise just what wonderful opportunities you are giving our dogs. We get to know them from your feedback and photos which then go on to help find them their forever homes - JJ, Murphy, Arnold & now hopefully Jess - we can't put a price on it. Thank you
Jess is settling in. She fits in our lifestyle well as she seems to be a low maintenance dog. SHe loves her daily walks in the afternoon and loves to play "fetch"- or her version of it! Having her in our home has been a delight, and we love her little personality. She is a very intelligent girl who wants to learn and please. We are working on her commands: sit, stay, lie down and stop farting lol.
Jess walks extremely well with a halti, in fact perfectly. We believe with a little work she will soon not need the halti. She has been very respectful to the dogs on our walks, she sniffs, allows them to sniff and we move on! Other than that, we are looking to further introduce her to other dogs.
Jess is a real sweet girl and for the length of time she has spent in the kennels her personality has not been damaged. Any home would be lucky to have her as she has been our easiest foster by far!!!!!!!!!!
We are also working on her confidence making sure we return the love she shares.
