With great sadness Peter and Emma contacted us today to break the tragic news. Jake collapsed yesterday and their vet deemed he needed to be offered Peace. Jake lived to a ripe old age and we all thank Peter and Emma for the fabulous life they gave Jake ....for ever in your debt

I remember walking Jake and being overjoyed when he was homed by you. These little patties leave such a huge hole in your life when they go. Thinking of you as you come to terms with that loss.

So sorry to learn this. Jake was a real, "best pal", terrier and clearly made many people happy. He stayed here the Christmas when Les was in hospital - along with the H&Z, Alfredo, Felicity and her puppies - and was an absolute star.

I remember this lovely family adopting Jake, and I'm very sad that their time with him could have been a bit longer.
