We will offer an alternative dog should our dog not settle given adequate time and reassurance. Rescue Remedies offers their dogs back up for life and exist on the goodwill of our supporters and volunteers.

Please click for Oscar's thread for regular updates, new pictures and videos. To apply to home a dog, you must be ready within 7 days and complete a homing questionnaire submitted Online We work fast to secure our dogs their loving homes and can be talking to up to 10 families at any one time. I took Oscar out for the first time this morning, what a wonderful little terrier. Had a lovely greeting from Oscar at his kennel. He walks really well, stopping for lots of sniffs and eating grass. He is really affectionate and happy little lad, cannot wait to walk him again, but let's hope his forever home comes soon. :crossfingers.gif:

I know I enthuse about the RR terriers and, very often, might appear to enthuse too much but I have to say that Oscar is so worth enthusing over. There is absolutely no edge to him - he has the most gorgeous affectionate nature and I love him! He has obviously been well and truly loved in his previous home and it saddens me that he finds himself in kennel care. Be that as it may, I know he will enrich someone else's life very soon and he is settling well in the kennels. He and I had a lovely walk yesterday - he is an easy dog to take out and enjoys sniffs and snuffles in the undergrowth. He enjoyed a bit of cuddle time once back in his kennel and daintily ate a few treats. This is a really, really lovely little boy. angel13.gif]

It was great to end my day's walking with Oscar. He didn't mind the rain and we set off for a brisk walk to the keeper's cottage. Because of the said rain we walked briskly and didn't sniff and snuffle too much. Once back at the kennels we had time in my car with Oscar enjoying a treat or three. He is a lovely little boy and really does need his own home. :crossfingers.gif: :crossfingers.gif: :crossfingers.gif:

Sweet little Oscar joined Charlie and I late this afternoon on a walk to check out a route for the charity walk at the end of August. He loved it !

But the thing he loved even more was coming home with me afterwards :D

Travelled very well on my passenger seat and was so happy to see a front door waiting to let him in :D

Little explore of the garden and then into the lounge to enjoy some sofa time, we both did :D

Oscar has been superb, such a sweet little lovable boy, no trouble at all.
Enjoys snuggling in close and not adverse to lots of tummy tickling love4.gif
Loves laying on the sofa and was happy to stay in there whilst I sorted out some stuff upstairs in my study - I closed the door and 15 mins later he was happily resting on the sofa when I went back in - good boy Oscar thumbs.gif

Even happier though when I let him potter up the stairs with me and jump on my bed for bedtime :D

That was after popping outside where Oscar duly obliged with pee time so off to bed it was! No accidents at all tonight, feel Oscar is very house trained, yet another string to his bow thumbs.gif

Time for some pics of the sweet little mite xxx

Thank you Sarah for giving Oscar such a lovely time away from the kennels. He really is the most adorable little lad, isn't he? He has obviously been well loved by his previous owner. Let's hope that special home for this special little dog comes along very soon. :goodluck.gif: :crossfingers.gif:
