Homing Requirements: We are looking for a family who can enjoy Alfee's terrier ways and settle him into an active life style with or without another dog.
His Story: Alfee was bought as a pup with his litter sister 15 months ago. His owner had a heart attack and the family felt 2 dogs were too much so the owner's son has took Alfee in 4 months ago. They do not have the lifestyle to meet all Alfee's needs though are happy to keep him until his new owners are found.
Advert: Alfee is a petite Parson's Jack Russell who is very amenable and seems to adapt. He has grown up in a high rise flat and now living in a house with garden. He enjoys the companionship of Milly a 6 yr old daughter and parents that work shifts but he is often left. His only issue is he has occasional housetraining accidents and will try and pick things up on his walk. He loves to meet dogs; embraces their company then if they go to acknowledge him he runs away with his tail between his legs coming back for more a little while later. He is still the puppy dog.
Alfee is gentle and has adapted to being an only dog but would happily live with another. He will so enjoy a family who has time for him and offer his heart in the deepest way. Alfee is a gem. Fostered in South West London

We are heartbroken that our Alfie Alfred had to be put to sleep on 31st August due to an inoperable tumour in his intestine. He was the most lovable little guy ever and had so much joy for life. I reckon it took about six years before our two terriers ever got on, but, they certainly coexisted happily until then and finally seemed to even like each other a tiny bit.
He made the journey to Malta with us last year and this is one of our favourite recent pictures. We got this ball for him since we first brought him home, tried a few replacements but none quite met his approval. Almost old, definitely grey, gone, but very much not forgotten.
