Wagner loves going to the train station and the DIY shop and the pet shop because there is always the potential for a bit of attention from a stranger! Wagner loves meeting a new person and always greets them with a waggy tail and lots of affection! :smiley-love014.gif: :smiley-love014.gif: :smiley-love014.gif:

Yesterday we took Wagner to visit my sister who has 2 rescue staffies Bela and Bones.

We haven't had much opportunity yet to test Wagner with other dogs apart from the annoying unruly off-lead ones who bound over in the park.

He was a very good boy and we walked all the dogs for about half an hour with Wagner and Bones on leads and Bela off-lead.

There were a few very small growls to start with and a lot of checking out and surreptitious bum smelling on Bela's part but by the time we returned to my sister's house Bela and Wagner appeared to be relatively at ease with each other.

Wagner and Bones might take a while longer to be completely happy in each others company (perhaps because they are both boys) but we did manage to spend the afternoon together, with 3 dogs in a small space, without incident which I felt was very positive.

Wagner has been adopted today!
His new owners are totally lovely!
I think he is going to be spoilt rotten :biggrin.gif:
But we are still a tiny bit sad to see him go :smiley-sad010.gif:

Fantastic. I bet you are sad too, I blubbed when I only fostered for a week! What a great job you did with him and he looks so fit now!

Sooo lovely Loui and Daniel have supported Wagner with the greatest of caring...so wonderful to watch...wonderful for Robert and Libby to see him so settled and to pick up with Wagner from this point onwards. Brilliant.
