Great to see little Marv doing so well, he was always such a gentle calming dog in kennels and looks like he’s landed in the perfect environment.

Oh Marv you look so happy little. I'm so glad you have found such a great home with someone who clearly loves you.
Thank you Melvin for giving Marv such a wonderful life. Give him a cuddle from me please

It's been 10 months now since adopting Marvin and everything is going well. He is such a funny little chap and a real character. He is just happy to be with people.
We had a walking holiday at the end of June in Wales, visiting castles and having picnics. He loves sitting on benches and his idea of a good walk usually involves a nice sit down somewhere. I took a photo of him on a bench in a churchyard and wanted to share it because he just looks so happy.
During the hot weather I bought a cheap paddling pool for him in the garden. He wouldn't go in it at first which is odd because he loves paddling in streams. Once I got in it then he followed and would stand in it for ages staring at the water and trying to catch the ripples of light. I could then drip water on him and keep him nice and cool.

It is nearly two years now since Marvin came to stay and I cannot imagine life without him. I have attached a photo of us taken a couple of weeks ago.
He's such a lovely little dog and such a character. He loves his treats and his walks, and he's happiest sitting on the sofa leaning against me or under the desk where I work lying on my feet.

Great photos of Marvin. He so reminds me of Chase who was homed a few months ago. RR patterdales are surely the best little dogs ever!
