Just to let you see how well Sasha is enjoying herself.

We took her to Guildford before Easter and she loves being in the car. She also liked the garden there and had a lovely walk over Merrow Downs. She has settled in with us so well and we love her to bits.

Great to see hear how lovely Sasha is getting on. She may have remembered Merrow common - she’s been there before :biggrin.gif: Please give her a tummy tickle from me x

Well, the start of a new year and soon to be a year since we brought our gorgeous Sasha home from Guildford kennels and yes, an 8th birthday coming up real soon. We haven't forgotten Rescue Remedies and I will get round to taking some new photos and learning how to post them. Ray always did all of that side. I look at the photos he posted up to end of April little knowing then what was round the corner. Ray became very ill at beginning of May and in July was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor with a steady decline and 3 weeks ago he needed 24hr nursing care and is now in an excellent nursing home just 5mins drive from home. Through all of this Sasha has been amazing so many changes in every way and she was devoted to Ray in all his time at home. Sasha is the most loving dog, gentle and very clever, she has become my best friend and an absolute cuddle monster. She gives me at least 3 walks a day which I wouldn't do on my own. We send everyone at RR our best wishes for the New Year.

Margaret Thank you for calling by and giving us your news. So sad to read this we never know what is just ahead...I can only think how wonderful it is that you both have had Sasha during traumatic times and that she has brought you both solace.
