Chey is a big bundle of soppy loveliness!!! When I first saw him I thought wow, he’s huuuuge, I’d better brace myself. How wrong was I?!? He plods along at a steady pace - not once did he pull me - slack leads the whole time. Loved being cuddled - he’s too squishy not to cuddle - totally irresistible. How on earth this beautiful, gentle soul was abandoned is beyond me - he’s a sweetheart. X

What a beautiful, gentle, soppy boy Chey is! Geoff walked him on Wednesday whilst I walked Felix, both new dogs for us. Both are obviously dog friendly, but it was dear Chey making the running with nose to nose sniffs, and general doggy ‘ hello there friend’ overtures. Unbelievably easy to walk, you expect a degree of pulling initially out of kennels, but none with this boy. Very gentle, wouldn’t take treats from Geoff, but did take a dentastix at the end, although he laid it gently down rather than ate it. Geoff’s comments, anyone could walk this boy, very gentle, very nice. Maybe my turn next week then, unless his forever family finds him first, which would be magic xx

I walked Chey today and was thinking to myself he is the easiest boy in the world to walk and is such a kind gentle soul. I am so pleased he has found his forever home. To meet Chey is to be his friend and to fall in love with him.

Sheree & Myles thank you for giving Chey his forever home, he really is a special chap and you are all going to have a wonderful life together! 0093.gif :thanks.gif: :havefun.gif: love4.gif love4.gif

So on Friday we fell in love with a tiger and bought him home. On the car journey back he showed us his voice saying hello as we drove along, resting his head on Myles arm he so desperately wanted to get in the front. He eventually got into the front, Myles gave in and he sat on Myles lap for a few minutes for some loving😂. When we got in he sniffed his way around his new home and explored the garden, then sat for a treat. The sitting is a bit of trouble at the moment as he’s very in pain with his manhood but rules are rules! Haha

He settled in our lounge on his duvet from the kennels and his new blanket munching his treat. We gave him a small dinner as we forgot to ask if he’d had any, but for tonight we thought two dinners won’t hurt, it’s a special day! He sat patiently watching us as we ate our dinner on our laps, such a good boy!

After a few hours we realised he didn’t really know his name, and didn’t respond very well if at all, so Chey is now Sabre! We thought it was only right after his beautiful tiger coat.

We moved his blanket into the bedroom for the night and he settled straight away but when we turned the lights out he got up and wanted to explore 😂 he plodded back to bed eventually and slept the whole night through. About 5AM yes 5AM Sabre woke up and put his front paws and head on Myles for some loving. Wherever we put his blanket, he goes, it’s so sweet. So Myles moved his blanket onto the bed inviting him for cuddles. Safe to say we are besotted!

Thankyou rescue remedies for making our dreams come true 🐅🐶💕
