Jack is a young small Parson's Jack Russell with a docked tail which is unusual for this day and age. He was homed in with children but failed his home as nipped a child whilst playing ball a month ago. Fostered with a cat, another dogs plus children no problem. He walks lively on a lead with a harness. Fine with dogs but wary of people initially. Needs to build trust.

Jack is nervous in kennels, wary of human nature generally, since a lot of changes and new situations. Makes good friends but doesn't like people he doesn't know to make too fast or familiar moves. A little on edge and needs a confident terrier person who isn't too intrusive and will let him 'be' and find his own way. Loves his walks and will become loving with people he has grown close to but too fast and he may snap towards you almost shielding himself. Neutered and chipped. Vax under way once recovered from neutering. We are looking for a sensitive family that can give him space and assurance, letting him set the pace but at the same time clear he isn't in control but can fall in with the fun on offer. In rescue in Mansfield Notts.
