I walked Blossom for the first time today and she was an absolute diamond! Such a sweetheart and was fine letting me get her leads on. We walked with Annie and Mylo which was no trouble at all, she’s such a friendly, gentle dog, not at all snatchy with her treats. I can’t believe she hasn’t got a home of her own! Look forward to spending more time with her 😊

All Blossom wants is a quiet home, she's not getting any younger [cry.gif]

I've met Blossom before but today was the first time walking her and being alone with her. I'm shocked reading through her thread at the past she's had :(

I honestly dont know how she hasn't found a home yet - she's lovely!

She's happy to see you, even though I was new to her she was unfazed. She was great with taking treats nicely and can catch them if you throw them which I found very entertaining 😂

She walks like a charm and showed no reaction to other dogs we saw. She did stop for more treats a lot though which made me nearly trip over her a couple of times!

Lovely girl, find your new home soon!!

Dear Blossum shouldn't still be in kennels she has a lovely nature, walks nicely without pulling and is good with other dogs. She would make someone a wonderful companion she just needs the chance to shine.

Sometimes it breaks your heart when you suddenly realise a dog who has your heart and had such a tough life is now 11 years old and still not in a loving home of her own!

We took Blossom to the seaside yesterday and although very reluctant to get in the car at the start she settled quickly and seemed to enjoy the journey. Once at the beach her confidence grew and by the end of our 2 walks she had a spring in her step. She enjoyed a nap on the decking in front of our beach hut after a bit of chicken for her lunch. Throughout the journeys and at the beach she was impeccably behaved and ignored all the loose dogs of various shapes and sizes on the beach. We will happily take her again.

Sarah and Colin with 2 of their grown up children Hannah and Becky came to meet Blossom today. i must say Blossom really took to them immediately and was very happy to be walking with and also coming to them in the paddock...and delightedly jumped into the car to join Colin for the journey home
