Those puppy dog eyes! I’m really impressed with his commitment to hard graft Sue - definitely a ‘working’ terrier.

I guess the bean bag is not good enough when you are exhausted from chasing the ball in the garden. Roco didn’t want to go for a walk so we played fetch in the garden for about 40minutes. He’s relaxing now

Cheeky monkey! Roco seems to think that my sons bed is his bed. He’s not supposed to get on the beds but I caught him like this. I think he’s making himself very comfortable!
My son is not living at home so Roco thinks ‘why not?!’ It’s going to be a battle of wills!

Roco is happy going for walks again. He is still a little hesitant sometimes but I have found that he likes the short slip lead and likes to stay close to me. He’s done well this morning, first off he had a quick hello with next door’s lovely elderly Lab then in Bushy Park meeting 10 month old, Suggsy, who was a least twice his size and on first meeting Roco was nervous and barked but when the owner held Suggsy so Roco could sniff his bottom all was fine. We walked side by side for a while and it was a good learning process for both dogs. We also met Molly and later Buddy, both dogs Roco knows well and is happy straight away in their company. Lots of treats were shared by Buddy’s owner. Sorry no photos today, too busy socialising! And no muzzle - yay!

Ah it’s good to hear he’s out and about again. It sounds like you really enjoy your time with Roco and from the photos he looks like he’s having a wonderful time. Thanks for all the great updates.

Roco met 7 month old Nala today in a back garden. He coped well just a little unsure of her but he did well

Here’s Roco doing what he loves best. Playing ball in the garden. I wonder if he would play all day?! I’m in the middle of teaching him ‘wash the ball’. He dunks the ball in a bucket of water at the end of play. It’s gets a bit muddy at the bottom of the garden.
If you have plenty of time to play fetch and lots of experience with terriers. Then Roco is your boy. When international travel opens up we will be travelling again so Roco needs a forever home before that happens.

So so hope someone - the right someone - sees these photos of Roco and is able to home him. He has had such a brilliant life with you Sue it would be sad to see him back at kennels - where we all love him but it is not the same as his own sofa.

Brilliant - having fun and what a shiny coat. Lovely boy. I'm so anxious he finds that forever home so he doesn't return to kennels.
