we had our regular dose of top patties on tuesday and as always they didnt disappoint - very keen to get out of their kennel they always enjoy a pre walk paddock visit to run off a bit of excess energy - down to the stream for a bit of paddling before hitting the lanes this always gets them excited espec cola - yet another great walk with the two ginger topdogs - come on forever home!

cola and red were raring to get out yesterday and as always we took the very enthusiatic twosome down to the stream the long way round after a paddock visit - they do enjoy a splash around in the water - its always a shame to put these two star patties back in their kennel lets hope a fellow pattie lover comes in for these two soon

They love to investigate smells in the undergrowth together ...

another great walk with our fav ginger patties - as usual they were v keen to get out and its always fun to see them interact run & chase marauding around the paddock chasing balls and treats with great gusto - some of their excess energy expanded it was off to the stream where we took cola downstream quite a way the stream was higher and she loves a deeper cool paddle then round the back lanes side by side they really are as one and they enjoy and get the most out of their walks - always a pleasure taking out these two star patties

another great walk with the pattie duo of red & cola - always soooo pleased to be getting out they love the fresh air and all the smells and any slight rustle in the undergrowth needs a double nosed investigation - unfortunately the stream was too high today and those banks leading down to the stream looked treacherous so no dip today - three horses and two large off lead dogs passed us in a convoy on the cinder path and were on us in a flash with nowhere to duck into we had to stand there and let them go past red and cola were superb even tho the dogs were only inches away from them no reaction at all - well done - always a pleasure taking these two out

Jane and I walked this pair for the first time today. What a beautiful pair of dogs they are! They so enjoyed their walk out in the autumn sunshine - lots of sniffs and snuffles. They were easy to walk but not so easy to harness and get out of their pen as they were so excited. These two really do need and deserve their own sofa - let's hope it comes along soon. :goodluck.gif:

sooo excited when they know its them who you are taking out then once out of the kennels they calm down and really enjoy their walk - a lot of dogs have their fed up with life moments occasionally but we have never seen it with these two they have a woderful joy of life and just being out in the fresh air invigorates them - the stream was too high in the usual place yesterday but we did manage to have a little paddle further down - we met many dogs whilst out which red & cola took in their stride without a murmur these two who are very in sync with each other would flourish in their own home - - does your home need brightening up - never a dull moment if these two "angels" were in your life

we had a no rain but quite cold early sunday morning walk with cola and red and decided to go on a long trek retracing last years charity walk - we were met with mud mud and more mud getting to and thru the fields and many many styles (and more mud) on the way round which cola&red took in their stride the first off lead dog came up to red "nose to nose" and not a murmur then walking thru the estate we encountered a further seven dogs (four off lead) two were very persistant and wouldnt leave both of them alone but red and cola both behaved immaculately and not a growl or hint of a moan from either letting them sniff them both and many "good girl" and good boy's" later we got down to the stream which looked a bit too high and the banks too slippery so time to head back to the kennels - both doggies reeeeallly enjoy themselves so it was a pleasure to take out these two well behaved dogs on a long walk

Lovely photos of this gorgeous pair - thank you. Tricia and I took Cola and Red out for a walk this morning and we all enjoyed it. They are quite difficult to harness as they get so excited when they know they are going out but once harnessed and leads clipped on they were brilliant. They really are lovely and trot along side by side stopping for the occasional sniff and munch of grass. Once back at their pen they enjoyed some treats. What a nice world we would be living in if this lovely pair were to find someone who would home them and give them all the love and security they deserve. :crossfingers.gif: :crossfingers.gif: :crossfingers.gif:
