Brilliant videos and posts - so great to see Teddy with someone who really understands him and his needs. Great for him to have such a lovely foster break. Heart fill with love.gif] k2727.gif

Teddy is definitely more Cocker than Poodle. And keeping the energy low works wonders for him. He's been with Bella, Bailey and I for nearly a week and he has been super. No signs of him being startled from sleep, or disliking his lead being taken off or charging/being possessive. To be fair, I've removed all toys so he hasn't got anything to guard, poor love! The dogs each get a Kong or snuffle ball in the afternoons, kept apart, and then they're removed once empty. And they eat or have treats separately. Teddy has just enjoyed a raw chicken wing in the garden and it was gone in about 3 chomps! Much nicer than leaving bowls of kibble down all day.

I left them for 3hrs yesterday, Teddy in his crate, and for an hour this morning, Teddy loose with my two. No problems at all. All 3 travelled in the boot of my car to go to West Wittering beach today. I'm very lucky to have it so locally, and can go whenever I fancy! Teddy had a wonderful time. He loves the sand under his feet and didn't seem interested in the big waves hitting at high tide.

Teddy curled up next to Bailey...

It's lovely to hear that his pictures and videos are well received! He's fitting in nicely to our quiet life of walks, naps and cuddles! Today, he's going bonkers! We had a muddy walk and then a shower off afterwards, and you know what happens after a dog bath.... crazy furniture face rubbing, running around the house with your tail half cocked, and changing your mind on which bed is the comfiest every 10 minutes! However, I think he may also have worms, so I've ordered some medicine. I don't know when he was last wormed... would there be a record at RR HQ? He's just a bit fidgety and ants in your pants jumpy, plus bothered by his bum!

Teddy is very gentle with the Kong Wubba! I had to take it off Bailey before Christmas as he shreds toys!

He really is a lovely boy. Must have working cocker in him, as he's got that type of mind! Wanting to be helpful or occupied but can only focus on one thing at a time. I can imagine him on a shoot, running back with a pheasant and waggy tail!

He didn't mind me cleaning his ears today. And he definitely likes a Yak bar. My two have ignored theirs for months, so I'm glad to have found a happy chomper! He is ever so gentle taking treats like cheese from me, waiting his turn with the other two.

He's learning to play by himself more, as I don't want any arguments over toys. Last night I sat on the floor between Bailey with his fluffy pheasant being ripped apart, and Teddy with his Wubba which he wanted me to throw constantly!

Here he is enjoying his Wubba...
