Re: Blossom Staffie x DOB 2008 Farnborough Hants

Absolutely wonderful news, We had Blossom on foster for a long time and she was a delight after an initial period of nervous concern. Please give her a very special hug from us all. Thank you for offering the lovely lady a forever home.

Re: Myles Staffie DofB 07.08 New Romney Foster

Myles has come on in leaps and bounds in the few weeks he has been here. He has had regular visits to Mark in Westerham for antibiotics and advice and, indeed, he is still on medication and is bathed every other day with medicated shampoo. Most of the scabs have now come off and he has far fewer bal...

Re: Chelsey Shep. Lurcher DofB 05.07.16 New Romney Foster

Chelsey is a truly super girl, full of fun and very affectionate. She is so much better on her walks, but still barks and dances on her back legs when she sees or meets dogs she hasn't come across before. She greets her walkers enthusiastically and, when they take her into the garden for some playti...

What beautiful pictures, Victoria. Thank you for taking Rusty and introducing him to his special brother....he is a very lucky lad to have found such a loving, understanding and supportive family.

Re: Myles Staffie DofB 07.08 New Romney Foster

Thank you, Sarah, for posting the video on Myles' thread. He is certainly a changed boy and welcomes you into his room with a wagging tail and a big grin on his face. He is even jogging three or four paces to chase after a ball, but he doesn't know what to do with it yet!!!

Re: Rusty JackChi DofB 15.11.18 New Romney Foster

Rusty is going for a drive on Sunday morning to meet an RR Lakie Cross (Scrabble, now known as Nobby) who flew the nest a couple of years ago and, of course, mummy, daddy and their teenage girls. Good luck, little lad!

Re: Rusty JackChi DofB 15.11.18 New Romney Foster

I can't understand why Rusty is still with us after about a week....I really thought he would be snapped up immediately he appeared on the RR website....he is the most adorable little lad imaginable. I have to admit that he lives in a large crate as the other residents look upon him as a tasty meal!...

Re: Myles Staffie DofB 07.08 New Romney Foster

It's a real joy to see how Myles is progressing....he welcomes you into his room with a wagging tail and looks forward to his meals which he obviously enjoys. He usually eat about half, then goes out into the garden to make room for more before returning to his room to finish off. He has got into th...

Re: Rusty JackChi DofB 15.11.18 New Romney Foster

The vet reckons that Rusty is 12 or 13 weeks old and is in good health. As befits any puppy he is a lively little chap, but weighs only 1.9Kg....the size of a bag of sugar. He loves nothing more than chasing round the sitting room floor with something in his mouth, scrambling onto one of the settees...

Re: Podge Staffie DOB 01.11.09 New Romney

I realise that "Gotcha Days" should start from the day your canine friend is adopted but, when we first fostered Podge, the likelihood of her surviving even one month, let alone one year and now three years, was pretty remote....we have, of course, adopted her now and she is, if anything, in better ...
