Harry is settling well. He is playing more and less reactive to people. He was fearful in the beginning and is ignoring people more on our walks. He loves the ball and is learning to play. He makes lots of terrier noise when playing and his little whippy tail wags a lot. He is okay in the car, likes to look out of the window. He travels quietly on his own bit can shout when the others start. He has realised that there is plenty of food to go around, so is not as food defensive. He copies Tilly when she barks for a treat! Loves his cuddles and is happy to sleep next to the girls. He is concerned by Ronnie and bullies Snowy a little. On the whole he is a sweetie, just under socialised.

Dear Harry, he sounds just like my Tufty terrier, she likes her space and does not like horses. I know he will find the home that suits his needs, as my girl did 16 years ago. If she was younger I would love to snap young Harry up in the blink of an eye. Lovely boy xxx

I have been remiss about keeping Harry's post up to date. Toffee is a real sweetie. He is younger than his grizzled muzzle and old man bark would have you believe. He has not been socialised very well and gets anxious when meeting new people and dogs out on a walk. When those new people are brought into his environment he is more at ease and a really friendly little chap. Harry loves to snuggle on your lap and will sleep happily even with the addition of other dogs. He is good with the cat, who in all fairness ignores the dogs. He has been gentle with the two little kittens that have joined our household. He is treat orientated.
He has a bossy little bark when he wants something you have, clean in the house. What more is there to say....

I popped down to see Harry today at the yard with Tracy and Helen's double pack - all the gorgeous terriers very comfortable in each others company and living the terrier dream ! 10 terriers running around, heaven love4.gif

Harry is still very barky around the horses but the horses are thankfully very tolerant of this little fella ! Harry definitely wondered why my camera lens was pointed at him, not sure he relished being centre of attention !!! He was much more comfortable when he was running around with his terrier buddies :D

Harry is loving life in foster and in truth he has no idea he is in rescue but it would still be amazing for this wee sweetie to find his forever family, lovely little guy :crossfingers.gif:

Oh yes Harry met Sally today and apparently Sally was pleased...certainly Wendy & Andy were very pleased. So Harry at last has found a very precious home to call his own.

Our gratitude to Tracy and her 4 legged friends and Helen and her 4 legged friends Harry found himself in their loving care now he is off to the seaside to be ... beside the sea!
