I met new arrival Romeo yesterday. He's such a handsome boy and so pleased to be out for a walk. He was a bit all over the place on the lead, zigzagging from one side to the other, and although a bit strong he wasn't difficult to manage. He loves treats and can easily be distracted with them - he just needs to learn to take them gently!!

Romeo was much more settled out walking on Saturday. It's wasn't easy getting decent photos - as soon as I stopped he wanted to come and talk to me! He's very inquisitive and took great interest in everything that was going on around us. He stood patiently to watch the ducks for a while and didn't mind the numerous cyclists and joggers who were out in the park. He got quite excited when meeting other dogs but didn't bark and is easy to manage.
Re: Romeo Staffie DofB 11/2015 Broxbourne Kenns
Romeo is cute as a button, and very tiny! Which is lucky as he pulls like a steam train... but a tiny steam train can be controlled! He has evidently had limited training - he is missing out on his late puppyhood in kennels and urgently needs his forever home to come and guide him.
His reactions to other dogs were a little hit and miss - as Kathy noted he does not bark, but he is very inept and we gave other dogs a wide berth to be on the safe side.
Romeo is a little at sea in kennels but shows signs of being an affectionate boy who loves adventure
