Branston needs a supportive family to offer time and tolerance to allow their new dog to settle. NB Our Rescue asks owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces and manage encounters, as dog law changes place dog's lives at greater risk.

Original Referral: Any movement at all yet Lynne? Still nothing for poor Branston this end and we desperately need his kennel (will explain below). Angie S&S

SBT castrated male, approximately 4-5 years old. A very smart, affectionate boy who will make a superb companion in an active home. Branston has been receiving daily clicker training sessions whilst in our care: his handlers say he is a highly intelligent, very motivated and a joy to train. Branston adores people: he loves a cuddle and a fuss. Branston is a very active dog who needs stuff to keep him busy - he would excel at dog sports where he can use his brain and burn some calories. Out and about, Branston lacks fluency around other dogs: he often runs over to see another dog then runs away; he doesn't seem to know what to do (see video here). Branston has been with us for a year now and would dearly love to be in a home again soon. Fully vaccinated and neutered.

Branston comes as soon as we have some homings to make a kennel available.

I walked beautiful Branston for the first time today..... What a lovely lad he is. Branston walked with little Sasha and was most happy to have her show him the local walking spots along by the river. Branston is a clever responsive boy who knows sit and paw, and figured out very quickly where I kept my sausages! I am really looking forward to getting to know this gorgeous boy better - he has left quite an impression on me!
