Jordon needs:-Jordon's family will be willing to offer him the training a large dog requires and have the patience whilst he applies himself to learn. Jordon is still be 'chewy' but improving but expectations should be realistic. Jordon deserves a fair sized exercise area and ideally his own garden to express his fun-side in. Older children who have lived with a dog before who don't mind sharing toys! Still very fluid and could share with other dog who is accepting of a puppydog who can get fluttered meeting the 'new'. NB Our Rescue asks owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces and manage encounters, as dog law changes place dog's lives at greater risk.

Known background: Jordon was found stray in late 2013 as a young 'teenager' Jordon is now an adult. Jordon has been neutered, chipped and vaccinated. Jordon has enjoyed on going foster weekends and weekeday kennelling in kennels in Gatwick.

About Jordon: Jordon is an intelligent boy. Eager to befriend and play and still rather enthusiastic to lick your face on greeting of thise he knows but nervious with new people but a treat and gentle vibe ensures friendship. Well by people who see his heart burst with love. On encountering strangers Jordon can bark and step back but a little reassurance and he is close friends. Very easy to walk and he is like a 'puppet on a string' forwards and then turning and seeking approval. Travels well but again its obviously not a familiar activity for him: Jordon has led a very sheltered life but received weekend foster with an small Staffie and 3 cats.

Jordon is a lanky crossbreed about 24-25" to the shoulder. Fawn and white, smooth haired, still losing his winter undercoat. He has American Bull breed in his genetics there and ?greyhound. He has the loving nature of the bull breed winning friends and the speed but he does seem very connected with his walker on his outings.

Oh...my...word!!! Jordan is amazing, no other way to describe him. We walked Jordan for the first time today and I was so impressed with him, everything you could possibly wish for in a dog. Jordan is the 'gatekeeper' at kennels, always there to say hello, always so pleased to see visitors and I was determined to finally spend some time with him today.
Jordan is a big dog by Tia's standards, and she wouldn't normally be best pleased about playing with a large male on first meeting, but Jordan won her over. Before posting the pics, I should also say that Jordan is incredibly loving - he spent ages playing with Tia today but during their breaks he did find time to make a fuss of Chelsey and myself :D

This was the point where Tia gave Jordan a bit of a telling off for being a bit too bouncy...

And this was his reaction, which I really hadn't expected from a young, bouncy male twice her size...

The it was back to play, but at a more sedate pace :D

Jordan had lots of energy yesterday so we popped into the small paddock first. Jordan plays ball so so well, sits whilst you throw and then leaps and bounds after it, quite amusing to watch those long legs of his jumping around !!

I also discovered Jordan would perhaps rather be a brindle colouring, well that's what he looked like after all his rolling around in the mud !!! He loved it, dirtier the better !!!

Enjoy some pics of this playful joyous boy in action...

Jordon came out for a walk with Tia and myself today before going in to the paddock for some play time, started off being very bouncy which got him nowhere so he changed tact and brought himself down to Tia's level, he's a fast learner :biggrin.gif:
